In China waterworks,3%to 8%of the total water production consisting of filter backwash water,this type of waste water without any treatment and discharge,a waste of water resources and cause environmental pollution.Few water using coagulation-precipitation-Concentration-evaporated or condensed-prolapse of the treatment process,but the low efficiency of this traditional process,structures and more of the ground increased.Foreign ships through the membrane filter backwash water after filtration and reuse.Clumping flocculation process proposed in this paper belongs to a class of efficient new wastewater treatment technology that will coagulation,reaction,sedimentation,concentrated collection of integration.This technique is already used in high algal large area of low turbidity water,high turbidity water,water production and waste water,high concentrations of suspended solids in wastewater,reservoirs low temperature and low turbidity and sludge concentration,such as different types of water quality and the different nature of high-efficiency process.This technology has a small footprint,hydraulic retention time is short,high surface load,use wide adaptability,good treatment effect and so on.In this paper,Shenyang City,Liaoning Province,the sixth of groundwater iron and manganese removal water backwash water for the study,during static and dynamic means test beaker test,according to the characteristics of different coagulants and coagulant,coagulation effect through trials comparing different coagulant to find the best treatment effect of coagulation agent.In addition to iron and manganese backwash water,explore coagulant and optimum dosage coagulant,discover Shenyang sixth water for groundwater in addition to the coagulation mechanism of different coagulant.Develop effective and economical treatment process,establish effective mechanisms operating parameters and related exploration and research.By experiment,using clumping flocculation process containing high iron,high manganese backwash wastewater treatment,optimize operating parameters.Experimental data show that when the wastewater treatment iron concentration 260mg/L?280mg/L,manganese concentration of 5.2mg/L?6.3mg/L;the optimum pH value of 8.2,the best coagulant for the PAM,dosing amount of 7mg/L,the optimum mixing time/speed were 10min,160r/min,the optimal settling time is 15min.Run under these conditions,the water iron concentrations stabilized at 2.85mg/L or less,and the effluent concentration of manganese stabilized at 0.8mg/L or less,and fully meet the level of A emission standards.
