Coal mine produced by coal mine sewage is huge,if the direct discharge will cause serious pollution to the environment.This paper is aimed at the environmental deterioration of coal mine caused by coal mining in China at present,treatment of three kinds of mine waste water of Shenyang Coal Group Hongyang Third Coal Mine,according to the characteristics of the mine waste water,three kinds of wastewater were designed for three kinds of wastewater.The waste water produced in this mine is divided into two categories according to water quality,respectively,for the living drainage and the production drainage.Among them,the life of a displacement of 528.05m~3/d,its water quality prediction for SS≈110mg/L,BOD5≈170 mg/L,COD≈290mg/L,NH3-N≈80mg/L;the production of the displacement is 140.0m~3/d,its water quality prediction forSS≈400 mg/L,COD≈100 mg/L;all kinds of drainage volume totaled 668.05 m~3/d.In the design of mine water inflow water quality is CODCr=120mg/L,SS=800mg/L,P H =6-9,process design by flocculation sedimentation-filtration,the technology is adopted in the design of high efficient automatic water purification device,in the water treatment by thisdevice,the effluent CODCr is 50mg/L,SS=10mg/L,PH removal rate can reach about 6-9,CODCr=58.3%,SS =98.7%.Water quality of gangue hill fire drainage is SS =152.28mg/L,CODcr =88.62mg/L,PH= 3.52,the suspended solids in the effluent is higher,in the process of conveying can be caused by wear and tear on the pipeline and pump,and the gangue hil lfire water on water quality is not required,so take a precipitation process of gangue drainag e,the gangue leaching water collected after repeated use,not only reduces the adding cleanw ater,saving water resources,but also avoid the pollution to the surrounding environment.In addition,taking into account the gangue in the next two or three years will be consume d byfire,coal gangue discharge would not exist,from the investment considerations should n othave too much investment,mainly to simple and practical,and ensure the closed cycle th an the row.Influent quality of sewage is BOD5=150mg/L,CODCr=400mg/L,SS=190mg/L,NH4+-N =30mg/L,TP =4mg/L,the domestic sewage by A2/O process,the operation cost is to w,easy occurrence of sludge bulking,and the denitrification and phosphorus removal effect is good.Through this process,the effluent BOD5=10mg/L,CODCr=50mg/L,SS =10mg/L,NH4+-N =30mg/L,TP=0.5mg/L,removal rate of BOD5=94.4%,CODCr=87.5%,SS=94.7%,NH4+-N =83.3%,TP=87.5%.In the sludge treatment process selection,mine water treatment system and water treat ment system of waste dump mud is mud,sewage is mainly activated sludge.According to th echaracteristics of sludge,coal mine water treatment system using centrifugal dewatering ma chine dewatering of sludge,sludge and mechanical handling,recovery and utilization ofcoal g angue as fuel;water treatment system in the regulation of the sedimentation tanksludge gravi ty thickening sludge precipitation,natural,artificial periodic cleaning,back to drywith gangu e,gangue comprehensive utilization;domestic sewage processing system due to small scal e wastewater treatment plant,less residual sludge,the sludge digestion system operation cost is high,management is also more difficult,so the sludge treatment byhorizontal centrifuga 1 dewatering,dehydration after Engineering Department of sludgetransported to the city life g arbage treatment.The total budget of 35296260 yuan,the project direct cost 31322260 yuan,engineering andother engineering costs 1364000 yuan,2610000 yuan for expenses.The annual operationc ost about 1708360 yuan,a year can save water resource fee of about 2039600 yuan.Three kinds of wastewater treatment,underground mine drainage water compound for mi ne production,mine drainage rich wetland ecological water as supplement,gangue hill of leac hing water collected after repeated use,closed cycle than the row,sewage after treatment i n all the reuse of water in the mine production,the red sun three mine waste water zero dis charge goal.
