The solar radiation can be a necessary condition for human survival and life,but the strong radiation also brings many problems and inconvenience to people's life.The rise of the external wall and roof surface temperature will cause the surrounding environment and indoor temperature rise,reduce the comfort of the living environment,and increase air-conditioning refrigeration power consumption.The emergence of reflective thermal insulation coatings has brought about a turning point,and it will be applied to the building surface,which can not only reduce the energy consumption in the construction field,but also can achieve the purpose of improving the environment and saving energy.At present,the domestic research on the thermal insulation coating of light colored series has been more in-depth,and the dark color of the paint due to serious heat absorption,its thermal reflection performance is difficult to achieve ideal results.Because of the aesthetic reasons,the dark color has been popular,the preparation of dark heat reflective coating has been the bottleneck of thermal reflective coating research.Previous studies have shown that the solar thermal reflectivity of coatings incorporating nanoscale monodisperse pigments can meet the requirements.Therefore,this paper studies the preparation of monodisperse nano ferric oxide,which will be added to paint in the preparation of dark reflective exterior wall thermal insulation coating.Firstly,through the orthogonal experimental design to study the effects of Fe3+,PH,the value of ? and other raw materials factors on the preparation of pure phase nano ferric oxide,and the characterization of the prepared nano ferric oxide by means of X ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,and find the best experimental conditions of preparation of pure phase nano ferric oxide;results preparation of nano ferric oxide,pure raw materials of the initial conditions:reaction of ferric chloride concentration is 0.5mol/L,?=0.05,PH=7Again using the orthogonal design experiment to study the effect of dispersant type,dispersant dosage,ethanol dosage and nucleation temperature of Fe(OH)3 on the average particle size of nano iron oxide,the prepared product was characterized with the help of laser particle size analyzer and other instruments,and find out the effects of various experimental factors on the average particle size of nano ferric oxide;the effect sequence of other reaction conditions for the preparation of nano ferric oxide with controllable size:the ethanol amount of>nucleation temperature of Fe(OH)3>Add dispersant>amount of dispersant,the optimum conditions for preparation of small particle size,narrow particle size distribution of monodisperse iron oxide nanoparticles is the selection of dispersing agent PEG,dispersant dosage was 3%,ethanol dosage was 10%,nucleation temperature of Fe(OH)3 was 60 ?.On the average particle size of nano iron oxide with reactant adding method,reaction time,dosage of ethanol,the amount of dispersant,nucleation temperature of Fe(OH)3,reaction PH,concentration of Fe3+,the beta value of experimental factors such as the relationship between the curve for the fitting,get the reference formulas for the preparation of nano ferric oxide,provide a reference.The preparation of four different average particle size of nano ferric oxide powder is added into the coating formulation in the effect of reflective thermal insulation coatings.The results show that the effect of coating adding nano ferric oxide with the average particle size of 233nm is the best;Study on the content of nano ferric oxide as fillers influence on coating of reflective thermal insulation effect,when the nano ferric oxide content was 15%,the effect of reflective thermal insulation of coatings is the best;Coating aging test and water resistance performance test results show that the addition of nano ferric oxide coating aging resistant performance is better than the commercially available similar coatings,waterproof coatings properties can meet the requirements.
