Golden apple has bright red skin,delicate flesh crisp,juicy sweet acid,rich nutrition,but the body is delicate and thin,and it is easy to cause mechanical damage and quality deterioration and is not suitable for long distance transportation.During storage,peel loss,wrinkle and flesh appear.It seriously affects the commercial value and economic benefit of fruit,which brings great challenge to storage.The paper studies the condition of normal temperature,1-MCP treatment with different concentration and under the condition of low temperature,1-MCP,air conditioning on storage physiology and quality of golden apple.1.At 20℃,three different concentrations of 1-MCP treatment(0.5、1.0、1.5)μL/L,during the 30d,compared with the control group,after 1-MCP treatment,The fruit respiration rate and ethylene production were significantly decreased,and delayed the peak of ethylene;enhanced POD activity,delayed senescence;reduce PPO activity,inhibit the browning flesh;keep high firmness,slow down the content of TA and TSS,the best concentration of 1-MCP 1μL/L storage effect,has a higher rate of good fruit,meat hard,sweet and sour fruit,pericarp color bright red.2.At 20℃,use 1μL/L concentration of 1-MCP to treatment Golden Apple.During the low temperature(0℃)storage,compared with the control group,apple after 1-MCP treatment,respiration rate and ethylene production decreased significantly,and delayed the peak of ethylene;POD activity significantly improved,delaying aging;inhibition of PPO activity,reduce the browning;maintain higher flesh firmness and TSS content,TA content.Has a higher rate of good fruit,meat hard,sweet and sour fruit,pericarp color bright red.3.At 20℃,3 different gas concentration(CA1 O2:2%-3%CO2:2%-3%,CA2 O2:2%-3%CO2:5%-6%,CA3 O2:2%-3%CO2:8%-9%),compared with the control group,use the CA1 to treatment the Golden Apple,during storage,the respiration intensity is weak,the ethylene release rate low,well maintained fruit firmness and TA,the storage period of fruit decay and disease after the end of the storage rate is low,with the highest rate of good fruit,maintain higher fruit quality.On the whole,the 1-MCP concentration of 1μL/L were able to maintain the fruit storage quality in normal or low temperature conditions;gas concentration of O2:2%-3%CO2:2%-3%is the most suitable Golden Apple storage conditions.
