Capillary electrophoresis?CE?is based on a capillary as separation channel,high voltage DC electric field as the driving force,based on the analysis of mobility is to realize the fast and efficient separation between the separation technology.High separation efficiency,less sample consumption,high separation speed is the most prominent advantages of capillary electrophoresis.Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence?ECL?is an electrochemical detection and chemiluminescence detection has a combination of high sensitivity,simple equipment,convenient operation,good control and strong selectivity detection technology.Capillary electrophoresis and electrochemical luminescence detection is now implemented in conjunction with a high-profile analysis research frontier in chemistry.In recent years,based on the Ru?bpy?32+light-emitting electrochemical detection technology and capillary electrophoresis coupled with hitherto unknown attention by people.Capillary electrophoresis-Ru?bpy?32+electrochemiluminescence detection for both efficient separation technology and the electrochemical luminescence detecting sensitivity characteristics of capillary electrophoresis,has been widely applied in food field.Capillary electrophoresis with electrogenerated chemiluminescence detection technology is now attracted much attention in the field of analytical chemistry from a differential detection technology.In recent years,based on the Ru?bpy?32+electrogenerated chemiluminescence detection technology and capillary electrophoresis coupled with hitherto unknown attention by people.Capillary electrophoresis-Ru?bpy?32+electrogenerated chemiluminescence coupling technique have capillary electrophoresis efficient separation and electrogenerated chemiluminescence detection sensitivity characteristics,has been widely applied in food field.The objective of this paper is to study the capillary electrophoresis-Ru?bpy?32+electrogenerated chemiluminescence application of hyphenated techniques in the detection of food,the development of capillary electrophoresis based on Ru?bpy?32+electrogenerated chemiluminescence new method of food detection technology combined with.The main research contents and income are as follows:1.Established a new method capillary electrophoresis-Ru?bpy?32+electrogenerated chemiluminescence detection histidine of gold fish.Experiments show that:in the best condition of optimized,histidine ECL intensity and histidine was a good linear relationship with the concentration?linear range is 100500 mg/L?,the linear equation is I=0.9082c-48.72,correlation coefficient r=0.9985,the limit of detection?S/N=3?for 66.8 mg/L.Using CE-ECL method to analyze and examine the gold fish in the histidine,peak height and the migration time and relative standard deviation?RSD?values of 0.25%and 0.06%,the recovery rate was92.87104.39%.Compared with the national standard method,the CE-ECL method will originally need analysis time of more than 40 min reduced to 15 min,improve the analysis efficiency.2.Established a new method capillary electrophoresis-Ru?bpy?32+electrogenerated chemiluminescence detection clenbuterol hydrochloride of pig.Experiments show that:in the best condition of optimized,clenbuterol hydrochloride ECL intensity and clenbuterol hydrochloride was a good linear relationship with the concentration?linear range is 0.011mmol/L?,the linear equation is I=192.57c+17.197,correlation coefficient r=0.9976,the limit of detection?S/N=3?for 0.006 mmol/L.Using CE-ECL method to analyze and examine the hog plum meat clenbuterol,peak height and the migration time and relative standard deviation?RSD?values of 0.69%and 0.86%,the recovery rate was 91.0694.20%.Compared with the national standard method,pre-processing step CE-ECL method omits responsible for complex purification and derivatization,simplifies the test steps;and overcome the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay reproducibility problems,optimize the reproducibility problem.3.Established a new method capillary electrophoresis-Ru?bpy?32+electrogenerated chemiluminescence detection putrescine and spermidine of brewed wine.Experiments show that:in the best condition of optimized,putrescine and spermidine ECL intensity and putrescine and spermidine was a good linear relationship with the concentration?putrescine linear range is0.14 mmol/L,spermidine linear range is 0.052 mmol/L?,putrescine linear equation is I=100.22c+113.22,correlation coefficient r=0.9974,the limit of detection?S/N=3?is 0.1 mmol/L;spermidine linear equation was I=2271.6c-206.55,the correlation coefficient r=0.9962,the limit of detection?S/N=3?0.05 mmol/L.Using CE-ECL method to analyze and examine the spermidine Wine brewed in the migration time,peak height and the relative standard deviation?RSD?values of 0.15%and 0.21%,the recovery rate was 86.28103.30%.Compared with the national standard method,CE-ECL method omits the pre-processing step derivatization,simplifies the test steps,at the same time will originally required analysis time of more than 30min reduced to 15 min,improve the analysis efficiency.4.Established a new method capillary electrophoresis-Ru?bpy?32+electrogenerated chemiluminescence detection histamine and spermidine of aquatic products.Experiments show that:in the best condition of optimized,histamine and spermidine ECL intensity and histamine and spermidine was a good linear relationship with the concentration?histamine linear range is0.011 mmol/L,spermidine linear range is 0.00150.0075 mmol/L?,histamine linear equation is I=150.78c+44.54,correlation coefficient r=0.9975,the limit of detection?S/N=3?is 4.96×10-4mmol/L;spermidine linear equation was I=6426.7c+4.72,the correlation coefficient r=0.9978,detection the limit is 6.00×10-4 mmol/L?S/N=3?.Using CE-ECL method to analyze and examine the spermidine green moth,clam and sea seeds in the migration time,peak height and the relative standard deviation?RSD?values were 0.83%and 1.58%;0.48%and 1.67%;2.03%and1.82%,and the recovery was 115.14118.02%;108.82112.34%;102.54119.50%.Compared with the national standard method,CE-ECL method omits the pre-processing step derivatization,simplifies the test steps,at the same time will originally required analysis time of more than 30min reduced to 15 min,improve the analysis efficiency.
