Design and development of vacuum type tea automatic packing equipment which the article researches comes from Fujian province science and technology major projects "oolong tea continuous intelligent finishing technology research and application integration" that bamatea co.LTD.,undertakes,aims to design and develop an equipment which is mainly suitable for vacuum type small tea bag and galvanized iron boxes box instead of manual operation.Because the vacuum small tea bag will appear wrinkles,crimp,bending,newborn length,big three size range,irregular state,large volume weight ratio,and many uncertain factors,it is not easy to automatically locating and sorting,and it is difficult to achieve automatic box packing.In this article firstly we do locating experiment,sorting and boxes through scheme comparison,irregular object recognition using machine vision system,control the manipulator grasping sorting,irregular small tea bags can be automatically into the box of action,and determine the overall structure,including the five most: small tea bag automatic feeding device,robotic visual servo system,special fixture organization,instruction and gland body,automatic material feeding system of packaging materials;Then we use SolidWorks software to optimize the design of the institutions,in the assembly module to virtual assembly of the whole machine,and interference checking to ensure the proper operation of the whole equipment;The last part of the main components for the calculation and selection and draw the work flow chart,complete packing equipment of electrical control system and the secondary development of robotic visual servo system application software.The vacuum type boxed tea packaging automatic equipment has been used in bamatea co.LTD.The results show that the equipment is suitable for a variety of specifications of the small tea bag;it can be used to replace artificial cartoning,reduce production cost and increase productivity. |
