With the rapid development of science and technology,the state has vigorously promoted the national fitness.People’s requirements for fitness and sports facilities are also increasing,and plastic materials are gradually replacing the original playground materials.Plastic runways are developing rapidly.Due to the backwardness of standards,lack of supervision,the laying of many illegal "toxic runways" affects human health.Therefore,in recent years,the focus has been on the impact of pollutant emissions on the environment and human health during runway use.While runway materials are used as synthetic chemical products,there are few studies on the resource consumption and environmental impact during the production process.Therefore,based on GaBi7.0 software,this paper adopts the Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)method to select the air-permeable plastic runway as the research object.Based on the actual production data of typical enterprises in the well-known plastic runway industrial park in China,establish the LCA model of the runway material production process,analyze and evaluate the resource consumption and environmental impact of the main components of the production process.The main composition materials of the air-permeable plastic runway are polyurethane adhesive and EPDM rubber particles.For providing reference in energy-saving and emission reduction to companies,this study identify the pollution discharge units and characteristic pollutants in the production process of these two materials,analyze the causes and propose solutions.At the same time,this paper discusses the reasons for industrial agglomeration of plastic runways,and proposes pollution prevention measures for the industrial park.Finally,analyze the causes of "toxic runway" and propose related strategies for government decision-making.The results of the study indicate that in the two major raw materials for the production of polyurethane adhesives,toluene di isocyanate(TDI)and diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI),TDI is greater than about one-third of MDI in terms of consumption of resources and pollution emissions.It is more environmentally friendly to use MDI instead of TDI as the raw material of polyurethane adhesives;polyether polyols and isocyanates in the production of polyurethane adhesives have the greatest impact on the environment,and their main production processes are the organic waste gas produced during the heating phase of the reactor,characteristic pollutants are Toluene and TVOC,followed by inorganic waste gas and heavy metals produced during the packaging phase;naphthenic oil in the production of EPDM rubber particles has the largest impact on the environment,and its main production link is the inorganic exhaust gas produced during combustion of biomass boiler fuel in the maturation phase.,characteristic pollutants are hydrogen chloride,sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides.The equal quality production of polyurethane adhesives and EPDM rubber particles,the former resource consumption is about 18 times the latter,and the former produces 5.6times,1.6times,4.8times,and 92.2%of heavy metals,inorganic gases,organic gases,and particulate matter in emissions,respectively.The results of the study indicate that the two raw materials in polyurethane adhesives are toluene diisocyanate(TDI)and diphenylmethanediisocyanate(MDI).TDI consumes more than one-third of MDI in terms of consumption of resources and emissions.It is more environmentally friendly to use MDI instead of TDI as raw material for polyurethane adhesives;the production of polyurethane adhesives is mainly organic gases generated during the heating stage of reactors.Among raw materials,the polyether polyols have the greatest impact on the environment,followed by isocyanates;the main pollutants generated stage of EPDM rubber particles is the maturation phase-the generation of steam by biomass boilers generates large amounts of inorganic gas pollutants,and naphthenes oil has the greatest impact on the environment in raw materials;gas pollutants are the most important environmental impacts in the production of runway materials,the air-permeable plastic runway has the smallest emission when the ratio of polyurethane adhesive and EPDM is 1:7.The total discharge of atmospheric characteristic pollutants in the standard vented plastic runway(5500m2)was 85.1 tons,of which 83.3tons was carbon dioxide and 0.993tons was TVOC.Industrial agglomeration of runway materials in Xinghua County,Jiangsu Province,mainly due to the low cost of the labor,low raw material transportation costs,industry knowledge spillovers,low transaction costs,and loose environmental protection policies.The main reasons for the production of "toxic runway" are the use of unqualified plastic track materials,the cancellation of construction qualifications for stadiums,the lack of supervision of relevant units,and the imperfection of the runway standards system.Finally,this article attempts to propose countermeasures:(1)At the production level of the enterprise,dust collectors and organic waste gas are treated with a bag filter,a plasma + high-energy photolysis purification device,and a spray dust suppression and noise reduction device is combined to improve the working environment.Develop environmentally friendly material formulations that reduce the use of polyether polyols,isocyanates,and naphthenic oils.Use green packaging;(2)At the management level of industrial park,to strengthen the quality of biomass fuel security,encourage enterprises to use professional biomass fuel combustion equipment,the introduction of professional management of biomass heat companies,control and control of biomass boiler pollution emissions.Encourage enterprises to develop clean runway material production technology,use non-toxic and harmless raw materials,optimize process routes,and reduce TVOC emissions.All management departments form a cooperative management mechanism,especially the regulation of dust and organic waste gas emissions.Introduce professional environmental protection enterprises to deal with "three wastes" in the park.Comprehensively consider the factors such as the scale effect of the enterprises in the park,scientifically and reasonably set emission reduction targets,and control the discharge of pollutants.Implement the "263" environmental protection special action plan of Jiangsu Province and actively promote the introduction of local air pollutants emission standards for biomass fuel boilers;(3)At the national regulatory level,re-establish industry access thresholds,and establish Improve the acceptance standards for the runway and strengthen supervision of construction units and acceptance of plastic runways to ensure that the project is controlled in all aspects,from construction materials selection,construction units,construction process and acceptance. |
