In order to reduce the cost of equipment,reduce the steel consumption,and save the area with some low-concentration flue gas occasions,ultra long bag pulse-jet bag filter was used after electronic bag compound dust collector.For the benefit to effectively solve the site of the dust remover and expansion of the restrictions,and also to meet the requirements of enterprise dust,in line with national development needs of energy conservation.In the previous study,the length of the circular filter bag of the fixed line jetting system has reached 10 meters,and the flat circular bag of the rotary positioning and blowing system has reached currently more than 8 meters.How to reduce the secondary adhesion of dust,improve the ultra long bag filter cleaning strength and uniformity,reduce the energy consumption of dust and bag filter mechanical damage,to ensure that the bag filter life to meet the design requirements has been the most critical technical problems after the bag lengthened.CFD method was used to analyze the effect of ultra long round filter bag and flat round filter bag cleaning performance by injection pressure,nozzle diameter and bag length on the fixed line jet cleaning system and the rotary positioning pulse injection system.Then the single factor test was used to analyze the influence of air permeability,injection pressure,nozzle diameter and bag length to the cleaning performance of ultra long round filter bag and flat round filter bag,and the above parameters were optimized.The test results provided a reference for the design and operation of the cleaning system of the ultra long bag pulse-jet bag filter.Research results:(1)With the increase of use of time,the round bag filter and the flat round filter bag air permeability were decrease,wall peak pressure,pressure rise rate,the maximum reverse acceleration of round and flat round filter bags were increase,filter bags cleaning performance were improve,so the filter bag can be extended to 11 m,10m;(2)The cleaning performance of fixed line jet cleaning system was improved by increase the injection pressure and nozzle diameter;the results showed that control injection pressure was easier to achieve cleaning requirements than control the nozzle diameter(injection gas).With the increase of bag filter length,the cleaning performance was weakened;(3)The numerical simulation of 9-meter-long round bag filter cleaning performance influenced by different injection pressures and nozzle diameters was analyzed,the result showed that in order to ensure the bottom of flat bag could be thoroughly cleaned,when the injection pressure was 0.06 MPa,the nozzle diameter of at least should be 21mm;when the nozzle diameter was 17mm-21 mm,the injection pressure should be at least 0.07 MPa.
