The main problem of controlling eutrophication is to reduce the discharge of phosphorus to water.At present,the biological method is widely used to remove phosphorus.Therefore,it is very important to effectively assess the biological phosphorus removal process of activated sludge.The traditional evaluation methods have the shortcomings of complicated test steps,complicated operation and time-consuming and so on.It can not find the problems of phosphorus removal system in time,which brings great inconvenience to the operation and management of wastewater treatment plant.Wastewater treatment plants remove the excess sludge to achieve phosphorus removal,so the phosphorus in wastewater mainly concentrated in the activated sludge,improper handling will also cause pollution.The proportion of phosphorus in activated sludge was analyzed to promote the sludge phosphorus recovery and other related research.However,the analysis of phosphorus components has the shortcomings of complicated process,time-consuming(3d)and so on.Therefore,this study takes the activated sludge of Xi’an five wastewater treatment plants as the research object,and evaluates the phosphorus components and phosphorus removal process of activated sludge by respirogram technology(including normal respirogram and respirogram for phosphorus removal).It aims to find efficient,simple and highly automated assessment methods,so as to provide some practical technology for the operation and management of wastewater treatment plant.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)SOURs and OURs/OURenc have positive correlations with OP/IP.Therefore,both normal respirogram SOURs and OURs/OURenc indicators can evaluate OP/TP in activated sludge.(2)OURn/OURenc,OURc/OURenc and OURe/OURenc are all significant correlations with NAIP/IP;At the same time,they also have the certain correlation with AP/IP.Therefore,the normal respirogram OURn/OURenc,OURc/OURenc and OURe/OURenc three indicators can effectively evaluate the NAIP/IP in activated sludge,and also can effectively evaluate the AP/IP.(3)The index OURn/OURenc has a positive correlation with(NAIP+OP),so the index OURn/OURenc can evaluate(NAIP+OP)in activated sludge.(4)The OURq/OURe has the linear relationships with the maximum anaerobic phosphorus release rate of activated sludge,the maximum aerobic phosphorus uptake rate and the actual phosphorus removal efficiency.Therefore,the index OURq/OURe can evaluate the maximum anaerobic phosphorus release rate of activated sludge,the maximum aerobic phosphorus uptake rate and the actual phosphorus removal efficiency.That is,the normal respirogram technology can evaluate the process of activated sludge phosphorus removal.(5)The index I/(I+II)and the maximum anaerobic phosphorus release rate of activated sludge,the actual phosphorus removal efficiency showed the certain linear relationships.Therefore,the index I/(I+II)can evaluate the maximum anaerobic phosphorus release rate of activated sludge and the actual phosphorus removal efficiency.That is,respirogram for phosphorus removal can evaluate the process of activated sludge phosphorus removal.(6)It was found that there was a positive correlation between the index OURq/OURe and the index I/(I+II).The OURq/OURe and I/(I+II)can be replaced with each other in the evaluation of the phosphorus removal process of activated sludge. |
