| So far,with more than 20 years of market-oriented reform,in terms of economic aspect,China have made dramatic changes and Guangzhou is the number one.With urbanization accelerating and GDP rising steadily,Guangzhou pays much attention to the development of ecological construction.Nansha coastal wetland scenic,located in the extreme south of Guangzhou,with its largest area and the largest number of migratory birds,becomes a ecological reserve as the key demonstration in the process of ecological civilization development in Guangzhou.The government officially issues a document about the important position of Nansha in the development strategy of“South extension”of urban space in Guangzhou.And the contradiction between ecological protection and urban construction is becoming more and more serious.In this paper,the actual situation of Nansha wetland is analyzed,and the problems that may be faced in the process of South extension are predicted,based on the ecological economy theory,the theory of public goods and the theory of dissipative structure.Through theoretical analysis,literature research,comparative analysis,field survey,data analysis,case study method,to provide theoretical basis for the protection of Nansha wetland under the background of South extension strategy,and to provide feasible suggestions and strategies for the strategy of “southern extension”strategy in Guangzhou.This article is divided into seven chapters.In the first chapter,I put forward the meaning,purpose,content,methods of the research and technical routes.In the second chapter,the basic concepts of“South extension”,“Nansha New Area”,“coastal wetlands”,“Nansha coastal wetland scenic spot”and other terms are clear and definite to expound the importance of wetland conservation,based on the ecological economy theory,the theory of public goods and the theory of dissipative structure and so on.And through the literature review at home and abroad to indicate that countries attach great importance to the protection of wetland ecology.The third chapter describes the establishment,current situation,and the protection content and action of the coastal wetlands in Nansha.The fourth chapter analyzes the dilemma of Nansha coastal wetlands through the explicit and implicit problems.The fifth chapter draws lessons from the experience of the exploitation and protection of wetland resources at home and abroad.The sixth chapter puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to the existing problems of Nansha coastal wetland.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.Nansha wetland in the protection of the ecological vulnerability is obvious,the government in the protection of large wetlands at the same time,have to speed up the logistics,industry,railway and port construction.In the conflict between industrial civilization and ecological civilization,to maintain the integrity of wetlands in Nansha requires the participation of the whole society.Finally realize the balance of economic development and ecological protection.It provides an important theoretical guidance for the protection of the ecological environment,ecological planning and scenic spot development of Nansha wetland under the development strategy of Guangzhou urban space. |
