Dichloroallyl ether derivatives had insecticidal activity of agricultural biological.Pyridalyl has been commercialized as only insecticides of dichloroallyl ether derivatives.Due to the fact that pyridalyl is a new pesticide having characteristics of being high in biological activity,high in target selectivity and environmental safety,etc.,the structure optimization of the pyridalyl has received many attentions from researchers.This paper conducted optimization of two parts of the pyridalyl structures and obtained 21 new dichloroallyl ether compounds with novel structures.The study details was as follows:The study purpose was that design and synthesis 21 novel compounds,and test their biological activity.The study preliminarily discussed the structure-function relationships of the two target compounds and could provide references for subsequent design of the dichloroallyl ether derivatives.The study researching process was as follow.(1)The development progress of dichloroallyl ether compounds were reviewed and the structure optimization of the pyridalyl was classified and analyzed in this paper.(2)Pyridalyl was used as a lead compound and two dichloroallyl ether derivatives were designed and synthesized.The dichloroallyl ether compounds were synthesized by using 1,1,1,3-tetrachloropropane and substituted nitro pyridine compounds as start materials.The structures of the target dichloroallyl ether compounds were characterized and confirmed by 1HNMR,LC-MS and IR.The structures were as follows:? series : A p-nitro pyridine dichloroallyl ether compound containing 2,6-dichlorophenyl.? series : A p-nitro pyridine dichloroallyl ether compound containing 2,3,6-trichlorophenyl.(3)The biological activity of the target compounds were tested according to the Standard Operation Procedure of the National Engineering Research Center For Agrochemicals.The study conclusion was as follow.The results showed that the two target compounds were not obvious in herbicidal activity,ordinary in bactericidal activity,but significant in insecticidal activity at a concentration of 500 mg/L.Compounds I a?I c?I d?I e could above 100% control against Mythimna separata at a concentration of 25 mg/L.
