Study Temporal and Spatial Characteristics of the Laoyunliang River by investigating the causes of sewage emission and monitoring river water quality changes.The analysis shows that the nitrogen removal was the main task of the Laoyunliang river remediation.Considering the demand for Laoyunlaing river nitrogen removal and based on the earlier study,two sets of bypass purification pilot plant were constructed with cinder,cement block and slow release carbon source block as filling material Through the study of high load operation mechanism of two sets of pilot test units,and the distribution and variation of microorganisms in the reactor,It can provide new ideas for water treatment technology of urban river channel,and can provide technical and theoretical support for reducing pollutants in Dianchi Lake and improving water environment quality in Dianchi..The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Through investigation,continuous monitoring of river section and monitoring of rainstorm in 2016 found that the temporal and spatial characteristics of the Laoyunliang river pollution are analyzed as follows:the upstream of the Laoyunliang river are more polluted than the downstream;during the rainy season,the monitoring data showed that the maximum concentration of COD was 514mg/L,the maximum concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 15.6mg/L,the maximum concentration of total nitrogen was 26.9mg/L,and the maximum concentration of SS could reach 780mg/L in early rainfall.The ammonia nitrogen concentration was 7.63mg/L and the lowest was 0.28mg/L.The ammonia nitrogen concentration in February and September to November was higher than the average of 1.77mg/L in the whole year.and March to June and December were under the annual average of 1.77mg/L;The maximum concentration of TN in the whole year was 17.8mg/L,the lowest was 8.59mg/L,and the TN concentration was low in May to September and March,and the remaining months are below average concentration of 16.7mg/L.The remaining months are below average concentration of 16.7mg/L.Based on the surface water quality IV water,the pollution degree of the four water quality indexes is:TN>NH3-N>TN>COD,so the nitrogen removal is the most pressing task in the Laoyunliang river rehabilitation.(2)The results of pilot scale test on baffled packed bed process under the hydraulic load of 40cm/d show that the effluent concentration of COD is 14.82mg/L and the removal rate is 45.33%.The effluent concentration of ammonia nitrogenn was 0.68mg/L,the average concentration of nitrate nitrogen was 7.81mg/L,the average removal rate was 40%.The average effluent concentration of total nitrogen was 11.08mg/L,the average removal rate was 37.7%;the average effluent concentration of total phosphorus effluent was 0.07mg/L,the average removal rate was 56%.When the load was increased to 70cm/d,two sets of pilot test the total TN removal rate of two sets of pilot test was increased from 65.87g/d and 65.97g/d,and the total daily removal of total phosphorus increased from 0.57g/d and 3.16g/d.(3)Underwater flow with vertical flow and vertical flow pattern,the COD effluent concentration was stable below 20mg/L under water load of 40cm/d,the average concentration of ammonia nitrogen was 0.48mg/L,the average removal rate was 84.54%.The average removal rate of nitric acid was 7.92mg/L,the average removal rate was 38.28%,the average effluent concentration was 10.48mg/L,the average removal rate was 47.15%,the average effluent concentration was 0.07 mg/L,Rate of 49.17%.The removal effect of the two sets of test plants was similar,and the removal efficiency of the modified wetland was more stable.When the hydraulic load was increased to 70cm/d,the total amount of total nitrogen was increased from 56.97g/d to 61.58g/d,and the total phosphorus removal was increased from 0.56g/d to 3.15g/d.(4)The removal efficiency of pollutants was found in the cinder pool,and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was the highest,accounting for 70%of the total ammonia removal.The removal efficiency of nitrogen and nitrogen was the best,Accounting for 43%of the total removal of nitrogen and nitrogen;denitrification mainly in the system of the first two fillers,namely cinder and wood,the total nitrogen removal of the total removal of 76%of the system;phosphorus mainly in the first gridAnd 49.1%and 49.8%of the total phosphorus removal,respectively.The microbial community of the two sets of pilot systems showed great similarity,and the microbial diversity of each treatment process was also Flow direction decreasing.
