| In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and science and technology in our country,the steel industry is more and more important in our national economy.But because of the production process is relatively complex,and emits large amounts of waste,especially sulfur dioxide,carbon dioxide and some smoke and dust,has become an important source of pollution to the surrounding environment,but also has a great impact on several years of haze weather.But at the present stage,China's iron and steel industry do not have a strong correlation to environmental protection consciousness;will realize the enterprise to do environmental protection work will have an important influence on its future value.For the enterprise's environmental performance how to affect the financial performance,domestic and foreign scholars did not give a unified conclusion.Therefore,based on the above theoretical and practical background,this paper analyzes the environment of China's iron and steel industry on the basis of stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory and corporate social responsibility theory.Firstly,this paper analyzes the steel industry's current situation in our country.Then select the Baoshan Iron Steel's environmental and financial data,from the environmental pollution and environmental expenditure the two aspects to analysis.Descriptive statistics analysis,factor analysis and multiple linear regression models were used to study the effects of corporate environmental performance on current and long-term financial performance intwo aspects.In this paper,through theoretical and empirical analysis,we can draw a conclusion that good environmental performance will improve the financial performance of enterprises;the development of the economy is not necessarily at the expense of the environment.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to realize the win-win situation of the steel enterprise's environment and finance. |
