Silica nano-tubes is a kind of inorganic new materials,which has lots of specific properties such as small particle size,high surface area,strong adsorption surface,high chemical purity,good dispersion properties and thermal Resistance,etc.At this stage,because the nano-silica has the characteristics of good biocompatibility,high physical and chemical stability,large surface area and loading controllable,various drugs,proteins,genes and others can be loaded.Silica nano-tubes as drug delivery vectors has drawn wide attention at home and abroad.Silica nano-tubes as a new function materials having particular morphology,has many important application prospect in the fields of biological medicine and catalytic.In this article,the silica nano-tubes were synthesized with the CaCO3,MgCO3 or tartaric acid templates which were in order pattern clubbed crystal by the sol-gel method,under different technological condition which include temperature,amount of template,dripping amount and deep of silica source,PH,time and concentration of acid treatment,and analyst the influence of the synthesis of silica annotates in the different process condition by the experiments.Silica nano-tubes prepared is characterized by X-ray diffraction?XRD?,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy?HR-TEM?.By comparing the samples under the condition of different parameters,and compared the synthesis effect of the inorganic and organic template agent.It was founded the suitable process condition for Silica nano-tubes synthesizing is that,CaCO3 is 4.5g,Silicon source is 10ml,PH is 8,the concentration of acid is 3 mol/L,the time of acid treatment is 3h.In this article,the key matter of synthesis silica nano-tubes was researched in a certain extent,and it will be provided foundation items for large scale preparation of this silica nano-tubes materials.
