| The concentrator of Jinchuan Group Corporation discharges about 23 milion tons tailing ore pulp(water content is 60%-70%,pH value is 10-11) into the tailings dam one year,which is treated by natural evaporation and leakage.Meanwhile,Jinchuan Group Corporation is facing two problems,one is heavy metal ion content and PH value of acid waste water from sulphuric acid production system do not reach the standard,the other is metallurgical furnaces are not equipped with desulphurization and dedust devices,which does not meet the environmental requirement.Therefore,in view of the above problems,in order to promote circular economy and lower cost of waster water and off-gas treatment,this article develops feasibility study on acid waste water and off-gas neutraliation with tailing ore pulp and finally designs "Neutralization-Vulcanization-Coagulation" process and off-gas neutraliation process with tailing ore pulp and confirms technology parameters.These two technologies reduce the risk of pollution of waster water,which have important practical value and extensive application future on low density off-gas. |
