In the process of coal washing and processing,coal density plays an important role.But the traditional measure of density just simple direct measurement of coal density value,and can not research on density from causeof formation,macerals,mineral system of coal.In order to solve the above problem,change law of he correlation of coal density have be analyzed from coal structure which need to use coal petrology.The paper bases on a method of coal petrology,is full consideration of the impact of coal density,explores the impact of density evaluation,analyzs the characteristics of the different components of the microscopic level densities studies macerals variation between density reveals distribution of a variety of microscopic components.The paper shows the rule of macerals,mineral composition and density of coal as the research content,it establish function model between the coal-rock composition and density,so as to draw the following conclusions:1.Characteristics of macerals of the level density:Low density mainly content highest vitrinite it mainly include homogeneous vitrinite,a small amount of vitrinite structure,some inert mass group present a half fusinite,exinite is given priority to with powdered spore.These mineral mainly sporadic,dot scattered distribution,their particle size is smaller;Intermediate level density of vitrinite content is the highest,but with the increase of density showed a trend of decrease,occurrence state of each composition appeared to gather,grain size increases gradually;High density level idler group of the highest levels,vitrinite content reduce,mineral occurrence state is given priority to with together shape.2.The cause of each level coal density increased by low density is:Low density grade is given priority to with inert mass group content,followed by inorganic trace of macerals;Intermediate level density is given priority to inorganic maceral content increased,secondly is inert mass group content increases.High density grade is given priority to inorganic maceral content increased significantly,especially clay,oxide and sulfide mineral content increase.3.As the density increased,presents a microscopic group content of the same coal seam:Inert mass group and the increasing of clay minerals present law;Vitrinite presents the law of diminishing;Exinite,oxides,carbonates and sulfide minerals,increasing rule as the whole,but in the density of different level decreases first and increase trend at last.4.Low density level,middle density,high density of maceral with the increase of density,Mineral components continuously replace organic components.The occurrence status of mineral,by the majority of sporadic scattered distribution gradually formed particle aggregation distribution.5.Assume that the function model between coal macerals and the density as follows:Y’=aV+bM+cE+dN+eY+fT+gL+hIn the Type:Y’ is the coal’s density;V is the coal’s vitrinite content;M is the coal’s vitrinite content;E is the coal’s exinite content;N is the content of clay minerals in coal;Y is the content of oxide minerals in coal;T is the content of carbonate minerals in coal;L is the content of sulfate mineral in coal;a,b,c,d,e,f are coefficients for each variable;G is a constant term6.Using the SPSS software to do regression analysis of the experiment data,the fitting out regression equation is as follows:Y’=-0.407M+0.779E+1.638N+2.926Y+10.443T+5.794L+1.105The goodness of fit which is named as R2 is 0.918;the variable which is named as vitrinite is excluded.The reason is that,there are close collinearity relationship between vitrinite and other 6 variables,so the vitrinite exclusion does not affect the accuracy of regression analysis.7.Checking for the regression equation,relative error of the actual value and the predictive value is less than 5%,the average relative error is 2.21%,the absolute error in line with the standard normal distribution,the regression equation of the predicted values and the actual coal density value is very close,prediction results can reflect the density of coal.
