At present,the technical level of China’s coal is fully capable of providing a full set of proven slime water treatment technology and equipment for all types of coal preparation plant to achieve closed water circuit.CPP perfect slime water system typically includes the following technology areas:Slime-tailings concentrated-filter press,the lack of any link,can not constitute a complete system.Practice has proved that imperfect slime water systems can not achieve closed water circuit.How will the integration of slime water sedimentation and dewatering studies and applied to the site in order to solve practical production problems become an increasingly important issue.In this paper,an in-depth understanding of the basic properties of Malan 2#coal on the basis of Malan 2#coal slime water flocculation and sedimentation,filtration and dewatering test,and the integration of research.Meanwhile the various parameters characterizing the filtration time to establish a settlement,dewatering characteristics of the model,and the fitting of multivariate linear relationship by mathematical analysis.Finally,in terms of mechanism,the use of extended DLVO theory slime water settlement mechanism were studied,using Darcy’s law of slime dewatering mechanism were studied.Eventually come to the following conclusions:1.through industry analysis,that Malan 2#ash into 25.31%,higher ash content by XRD analysis shows Malan 2#coal contains kaolin,clay coal particles cause of serious,is not conducive to the settlement of dehydration.Analysis shows that coal is less than 0.045 level content more for 23.52%,and the ash is high as 28.00%by grain size.2.respectively,in Malan 2#coal stand,200r/min mixing,stirring time and 400r/min,<45μm particle size were tested grade levels of growth trends,and the rate of increase is not the law,indicating that coal mudding quite serious.3.when Malan 2#coal slime water sedimentation process by adding different flocculants,draw No.TDX1215 flocculant compared TDX1213,TDX1216 and a good nμmber TDX1217 flocculant settling effect.Complex test results show that nμmber TDN2109 coagulant and flocculant TDX1213 number with the best,when the nμmber TDN2109 coagulant dosage of 16g/t of coal when the sedimentation rate is 23cm/min,turbidity 50NTU,this time compression layer height to 42ml.Finally,choose suitable pHarmaceutical Malan 2#coal into four groups,namely:No.TDX1215 flocculant,TDN2109-TDX1213,after the addition of cationic flocculant,water moisture in the cake evident than when adding the anionic flocculant to be low.The test results showed that:when cationic flocculants 25g/t of coal usage,the cake moisture which is 12.14%minimμm,add the cake moisture than 6g/t at reduced 3.96%.With the increase of drug consμmption,filtration time and filtrate volμme changes in the same opposite trend,and 25g/t of coal filter in the shortest time drug consμmption was for 42s.4.various filter parameters characterizing the relationship as a function of time:Y=233.46651B+303.43274C+0.19394D-1288.90981E-8.66314F+10.20881G-2.31979H-17.02281Multiple linear model fitting correlation coefficient of correlation between the results of R2=0.74198,close to 1,the residual value of E minor,the predicted value and the actual valuewas very close,indicating that the aid Origin8.0 filtering software to build the parameters of time and Multiple linear models is valid.Clearly,the relationship between the filtration time and the parameters for the multivariate linear relationship.5.By studying at different flocculant dosage,slime aqueous suspension of fine coal can change the various roles,and by Darcy’s law derived by the formula:V=Cd2r/uJ,common areas from the mechanism analysis of the law of the characteristics of slime water test...
