Sulfide widely exists in natural gas,coal gas and other industrial gas source,also exist in gasoline and diesel fuel oil.Sulfide not only can causeenvironmen-talpollution,corrosion,pipeline and equipment can also lead to the downstream catalyst poisoning and lose activity.In recent years,as countries increasingly strict environmental regulations and depth removal sulfide in industrial gas,fuel become a research hotspot at home and abroad.Mercaptan,sulfur ether,thioph-ene,such as organic sulfur removal difficult,usually USES the traditional hydro-genation technology,not only can lead to lower fuel octane number andproduce large amounts of hydrogen consumption,expensive experiment equipment investment and relatively harsh operating conditions,limit the large-scale application of the technology.As a result,often under the condition of low temperature moderate effort direction in the field of fine desulfurization technology has been the desulfurization.Selective adsorption desulfurization is one of the most promising fine desulfurization,new technology of deep desulfurization.Its current use most of the materials for porous materials,such as activated carbon,molecular sieve,etc.Organic metal frame and new porous material compound(MOFs)with its high specific surface area,porosity and channel of regulatory,widely used in gas storage,purification,also in the field of desulfurization,and has huge development potential.This topic for the first time to use MOFs try mercaptan removal of sulfide,studying MOFs removing mercaptan sulfur ethers gases in the best condition and the main effect factors,explore its gas at room temperature under the condition of moderate fine desulfurization application prospect.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)refer to the related literature,the MOF was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method with-199,MOF-5 as adsorption sulfur sulfur agent,and XRD,IR,TG and other methods were characterized.(2)through the fixed penetration curve,IR contrast figure,TPD-NH3 spectra to determine two kinds of MOF activation pretreatment temperature of the material.MOF-199 best activation pretreatment temperature is 180 ℃,MOF-5 best activation pretreatment conditions of 250 ℃.(3)the MOF-199 in micro fixed bed,hydrogen sulfide,ethyl mercaptan,methyl sulfide sulfide single gas adsorption experiment,the experiment results show that MOF-199 sequence of three kinds of sulfide adsorption is ethyl sulfur>hydrogen sulfide>mercaptan sulfur,in 40 ℃ under the condition of the adsorption effect is best.(4)MOF-5 in the micro fixed bed,hydrogen sulfide,ethyl mercaptan,methyl sulfide sulfide single gas adsorption experiment,the experiment results show that MOF-5 sequence of three kinds of sulfide adsorption is hydrogen sulfide>mercaptan sulfur>ethyl sulfur,in 30 ℃ under the condition of the adsorption effect is best,physical adsorption of leading role.And MOF-5 adsorption of organic sulfide effect is bad,with the collapse of the channel.The MOF-5 for hydrogen sulfide adsorption effect is relatively good,but after adsorption relative crystallinity reduced a lot.
