Metalr organic frameworks(MOFs),a kind of network skeleton structure materials,is composed of transition metal ions and organic ligands(oxygen,nitrogen)formed by the self-assembly.Recently,MOFs have been reduced to nanometer size.Nano metal organic frameworks as a new porous materials,they have also shown important application prospect in gas storage and separation,catalysis,biological imaging,optics,drug delivery and so on.MOFs manifested many characteristics as a drug carrier,including:having a high specific surface area and the rules of pore structure.MOFs can increase the rate of drug loading,and can achieve a good controlled-release effect.Modification can make it with a variety of functional groups,etc.By different metal ions(Cr3+,Al3+,Cu2+,Fe3+,Zn2+)complexation with organic ligands has been synthesized out thousands of MOFs.Since zinc is a metal element contained in the body' stissue,MOFs with Zn2+ as the center metal synthesis comparative suitable used as drug carrier.Specific research we carrieed out as follows:This paper use' 1 min room temperature method to synthesis IRMOF-3,the human body needs zinc elements for metal ions,NH2-BDC as ligands,and studied the effect of reaction conditions of IRMOF-3 on the crystal size and morphology,use XRD,IR,SEM,N2 adsorption,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)to characterize the results.The results showed that 4mmol Zn(OAc)2·2H2O and 1 mmol NH2-BDC,when the reaction time is 1min,crystal morphology is preferably prepared.XRD results showed that the structure of synthetic IRMOF-3 was confirmed,high purity and good repeatability.IR measured that sample IRMOF-3 has a free amino group which can be modified by different chemical groups to obtain different functions.According to the results of SEM,SEM results showed IRMOF-3 average particle size of about 100nm,and IRMOF-3 were square shape,and uniform distribution.TEM results showed IRMOF-3 was crystal with pores.N2 adsorption results showed IRMOF-3 belongs to the mesoporous materials,and has a high specific surface area and pore volume.Therefore the preparation of IRMOF-3 was the correct structure,better thermal stability,with an amino modified group,nanometer size to satisfy the basic conditions as a drug carrier.Next,we will have a research for the drug loaded with different molecular weight according to the situation of the aperture,which is studied for drug loadings,the drug release and cell toxicity,etc.IRMOF-3 successfully with stable structure were synthesized in this paper,and with a free amino modified group,particle size of nanoscale,meet the basic conditions as a drug carrier.
