Electrospinning nanofibers are prepared novel processing methods,it has a low cost,simple and efficient characteristics,by scholars in related fields around the world’s attention.Using this method the system out of the nano-fiber membrane,there are many advantages,such as high porosity,large surface area,fiber uniformity is good,fine and high,etc.Therefore,this kind of approach in electronics,biomedical,filter among other industries there is a very great prospect.This paper discussed the preparation process of konjac glucomannan nanofiber membrane by electrostatic spinning method,and focuses on the solution properties of spinning process and spinning process parameters influencing the konjac glucomannan nano fiber diameter,morphology.Using the method of traditional electrostatic spinning,spinning mechanism of konjac glucomannan chitosan nano fiber membrane,from the theoretical study of the dynamic behavior of the electrostatic spinning konjac glucomannan fiber membrane,and then construct the konjac glucomannan nano fiber spinning mechanical model.Then this paper also through a large number of literature to explore the mathematical model built general electrostatic spinning method.In this paper,the critical spinning cone literature study electrostatic spinning angle and critical electric field strength,and has carried on the discussion,has certain theoretical guidance for the future experiments.In order to study the technological parameters of solution properties and the electrospinning process and effect of konjac glucomannan fiber mean diameter and morphology,in reference to the relevant literature,and the test results with the results of previous research were discussed,the experimental results accord.Firstly,we establish the experimental conditions,to investigate the effect of electrostatic spinning solution properties of konjac glucomannan fiber membrane,mainly on the surface tension of solution,concentration and the conductivity of three indicators of the role.Through literature research can know before,the electrospun fiber diameter,concentration of spinning solution for its great influence.The experimental findings,electrospinning of konjac glucomannan fiber mean diameter increases with the increase of concentration,and the results are consistent with prior literature.In addition,we also use the KCl inorganic salts added to the spinning solution,effects of conductivity to explore and study the solution is.Through the experimental study,we found that,the electrospinning of konjac glucomannan fiber mean diameter decreases with the increase of spinning solution conductivity.Through studying CTAB(nonionic surface active agent)surface tension,to condition solution we found,with the lower the surface tension of the solution,the effect of spinning is significantly increased.Finally,this paper also studied the surface tension and electrical conductivity and Gan influence of chitosan nanofibers diameter of konjac glucomannan,is mainly the use of anionic surfactant SDS were studied.Adding SDS can reduce the surface tension of solution and the increase of electrical conductivity,can be drawn using spinning experiment,the amount of SDS in a certain range,the average diameter of the fiber can be reduced significantly,so we can draw the ionic surfactants are better able to obtain static electrospun nano fiber products.At the same time,this paper also discusses the effect of fiber membrane morphology solution’s performance.Through the research discovery,disadvantages of konjac glucomannan fiber membranes(appeared in microspheres,bead phenomenon)is the key problem of solution concentration.Usually,with the increasing concentration of the solution,microspheres or bead will continue to decline and eventually disappear,on the other hand,the product of beaded fibers and the conductivity of solution presented negative correlation.On the other hand,we also study the influence of electrospinning parameters on the spinning effect of experiment conditions.Under certain experimental conditions,when the other conditions are the same,using electrostatic spinning method to obtain konjac glucomannan nano fiber diameter r increases with the applied voltage U increases,showing the approximate linear relation between them,that is r∞U.For the electrostatic spinning products,along with the continuous U increase,which reduced the bead of defects such as the morphology,and fiber number and yield improvement.In addition,the diameter of fiber with the spinning distance increases linearly increasing trend,while for fiber yield,with the spinning distance increasing.This study will help to elucidate the mechanism of dynamic behavior and spinning of natural polymer solution in electrostatic field.On the other hand,to further optimize the electrospinning parameters,obtaining nano fiber material quality,and applied in actual life,have certain theory and practice significance.
