With the increasing seriousness of climate change and greenhouse gas emissions,countries all over the world pay more attention to the relationship between development and environment protection in recent years.The economy of our country Sustained growth in the global and the manufacturing scale is increasing.Although our country is a developing country,China has become one of the largest emitters of global warming gas with the development of global economy and the expansion of manufacturing.For this reason,the government started to put more emphasize on global greenhouse gas emissions.Cement industry be a priority for all industry due to 20%share of carbon emissions.C.hina is the world's largest cement producer,owning half of total global production,and the NSP cement production capacity and output has accounted for more than 85%and the traditional shaft kiln cement production produce about 15%.However,there is not a complete assessment system to reduce emissions to from shaft kiln to NSP industrial upgrading,so establishing a scientific and conmlete evaluation system is very important for eliminating backward production capacity of Chinese cement industry.Based on understanding domestic and international calculation methods of CO2 emission of cement production,choosing the NSP and the shaft kiln cement production line as the research object,and combining the practical situation of our country(raw meal proportioning with lots ot accessories),we put forward stronger operability and more reasonable cement production line of calculation methods of CO2 emission of cement production.We choose Shandong,Anhui,Shaanxi,Shanxi and Inner Mongolia autonomous regions as five typical cement production provinces(area).Through calculation formula and research data,for the carbon emission coefficient of cement production at five provinces(area).the reason is analyzed from three aspects of process emissions,fuel emissions and electricity errussions.On the basis of the above results,combined with the Shan dong province cement output data,we conduct the thorough research to the situation of Shan dong province.It is concluded that reduction of CO2 effect is remarkable.Taking Shan dong province as an example,we analyze the causes of difference between shaft kiln and NSP emissions,and put some suggestions on the NSP emission reductions.
