| The paper carried out experimental studies comparing different molten slag extracted iron comparative test to determine the Jinchuan nickel molten slag extracting iron of the continuous process of viability and technical and economic indicators of controllability.Through experimental studies to determine the two-step reduction of nickel slag of molten iron process route that is selective reduction of nickel smelting molten slag and depth reduction smelting process.In the selective reduction smelting process,the reducing lump control rate is 3.60~4.20%,limestone flux rate is 14.00 percent,reducing smelting temperature is 1500 ℃,reducing smelting time is 40min.During the depth reduction melting process,the reducing lump control rate is 22.00~25.00%,limestone flux rate is 25.00~30.00%,reducing smelting temperature is 1550℃,reducing smelting time is 40min or less.Nickel,cobalt,copper,iron in settlement slag direct yield reached 96.22~97.88%,94.55~98.26%,98.98%and 87.21~84.47~90.34%respectively and the use of continuous feed,continuous discharge of slag operation,can achieve the second residue containing nickel,copper,cobalt,iron is 0.03%0.02%,0.0065%,7.50%or less respectively.In the iron water(hot metal)refining process,the control desulfurizer CaO is 125.00kg/t,crude iron Na2C03 is 12.50kg/t,crude iron and coke is 25.00kg/t,refining temperature of crude iron is 1550 ℃~1650 ℃,can make metallic iron sulfur fell to 0.033 percent,can meet the demands of the technical and economic indicators of the contract.Refining iron of test trial is close to the requirements of each brand of chemical composition of the national standard such as weathering steel(GB/T4171-2000),steel-making pig iron(YB/T5296-2006),cast iron(GB/T 718-2005),milling cast iron pig iron(GB/T1412-2005). |
