| Development of new,low cost,environment friendly catalyst has been chemists focus on research direction.In recent years,iron catalytic reaction research had the very big development,the literature more and more.Relative gold,silver,and precious metals palladium catalyst is concerned,iron catalytic reaction is the catalytic chemistry research hotspot.Iron catalyst has low toxicity,low price,easy preparation,environmentally friendly characteristics.Using iron and its compound catalytic reaction not only can save precious metal consumption in order to reduce cost,but also reduce the pollution of the environment.For this reason,people begin to focus on iron catalytic performance.This thesis is divided into two parts:In the first part of the work,this paper briefly reviewed:the iron and its compound catalytic reaction of modem development;Introduce some iron catalyst in compound synthesis in the practical application.In the second part of the work,the development of the iron catalytic synthesis of N-alkyl compounds,Allyltion compounds and Cyanation compounds synthesis methods.The synthesis of N-alkyl compounds are prepared by the ether and amine under the iron-catalyed conditions;the synthesis of Allyltion compounds are prepared by the ether and allyltrimethylsilane under the iron-catalyed conditions;the synthesis of Cyanation compounds are prepared by the ether and TMSCN under the iron-catalyed conditions.In the study of iron catalyst,the synthesis of these compounds,a total synthesis of 47 compounds,which found that the 24 kinds are novel compounds,and these known compounds,prepared by means of H-NMR analysis test characterized,new the compounds also have to go through the H and C-NMR,HRMS analysis of the test means were characterized.Using such an efficient,environmentally friendly method under mild conditions and high yield synthesis of some of N-alkyl compounds,allyltion compounds and cyanation compounds. |
