In this paper,the preparation method of graphene by electrolysis intercalation was researched for the issues of being prone to agglomeration and peeling inhomogeneously in process of preparation of graphene.Graphene was prepared from high orientated pyrolytic graphite?HOPG?as raw material in the mixed stripping solution of Na2SO4 and KOH,which had a certain pH value with adding a certain amount of Li salt as additive and trace amount of sixteen alkyl three methyl bromide as dispersing agent.The study goes further to validate the samples of preparation product by characterizing the microstructure and structural analysis by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,high resolution transmission electron microscopy?HRTEM?,roman and X-ray diffraction?XRD?.The electrical conductivity?S/m?and BET specific surface area of the prepared product samples were tested by the Holzer effect method and physical adsorption method.The optimal process parameters were determined through the above characterization and testing for discussing the various influencing factors.The electrochemical properties of graphene prepared by this method were verified by cyclic charging and discharging.Investigation results show that the high quality graphenes can prepared by electrochemical intercalation method,which is simple process,green and efficient for achieving large-scale preparation.Thin layer graphenes has less defects in structure and the layers are less than 5 layers,which has a planar structure of gauze fold downs,whose edge has a small amount of defects and curl.It is parallel stack between the layers which irregular shape.The optimum parameters of is determined,which is8.09.0 for the electrolyte pH value,-25V/25V for the inverter DC voltage,less than or equal to 40?for stripping temperature,1500W for ultrasonic power and 2h for ultrasonic time,and then thin layer graphenes powder obtained by freeze drying.It is with good conductivity that can reach 104105 S/m and well electrochemical properties as an anode material for lithium battery.The retention rate of reversible charge and discharge specific capacity is roughly 92.7%,and it has a good reversibility and rate capability,significantly higher than that of the traditional graphite electrode materials.Compared with other physical methods,the specific surface area is relatively high,and the value is more than 150 m2/g by electrolytic intercalation method.
