"Caulis spatholobi" is a traditional Chinese medicine which has been using for activating blood for thousands of years. It has a good curative effect for irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, blood deficiency chlorosis and rheumatism painand it is famous for its high medical value and economic value. As growing demand in the market, wild Spatholobi has been unable to meet the people's needs,More and more people are using the method of artificial cultivation to plant the Caulis spatholobi. But there is low level effective components content of the artificial cultivation, which has caused the quality of the medicinal materials very low.And in the process of artificial cultivation, the use of the fertilizer did not follow the nutritional needs of the medicinal materials which has resulted in a large waste of fertilizer and the poor effects after using. Therefore,a special fertilizer of Caulis Spatholobi should be developed to solving the fertilizer-using problem, during the artificial cultivation, and to improve the quality and yield of Caulis Spatholobi, which has a certain practical significance. This paper was drafted according to the national forestry public special scientific research projects<A research on resources cultivation and understory planting technology of Curculigo, caulis spatholobi, team number is 201304807.Currently,there are a lot of varieties of Spatholobi on the market. This study is based on the variety of Caulis Spatholobi which is Spatholobus suberectus Dunn.In this paper, some experiments were carried out, such as tested the mass nutrient elements and total flavonoids of Caulis Spatholobi, explored the effect of mineral nutrition on the content of total flavonoids and the experiment of the optimum fermentative condition of biological organic fertilizer.?1?Through texting the nutrient elements "N?P?K" contented in deferent years and moths of Caulis Spatholobi, the research found the relationship is N>K>P.Theproportion of these is roughly maintained at 2:1:1.3.The ability of absorpting some certain nutrients is concerned to the content of nutrients in the body, therefore, the ratio of themajor elements in the special fertilizer of Caulis Spatholobi have to remain in this range.?2?The ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was used to test the total flavonoids of Caulis Spatholobi of different ages. The results show that the content of total flavonoids of Caulis Spatholobi in two, three and four years had no obvious difference, its growth trend is very slow and the content of total flavonoids of Caulis Spatholobi in five to six years showed a trend of rapid growth, which means that the totall flavonoids of Caulis Spatholobi's accumulation is in a trend of stage. Therefore, according to the characteristics of Caulis Spatholobi, special biological organic fertilizer will be designed in a trend of stage.Stage one,the nutrition in the growing process of Spatholobus suberectus should be guaranteedfor promoting it to grow.Stage two,was focusing on promoting the accumulation of total flavonoids in Caulis Spatholobi forimproving its quality.?3?This research explored the influence of trace elements like boron, manganese, zinc and Rare Earth Elements Lanthanum and Cerium to total Flavonoids. The calli were inoculated in the culture medium with different concentrations of H3BO3,MnSO4,ZnSO4,LaCl3,CeCl3.The results show that the trace element boron and zinc can promote the increase of the content of total flavonoids and the effect of boron is more obvious;trace elements manganese inhibited the synthesis of flavonoids;Rare Earth Elements Lanthanum and cerium were contributed to elevate the content of total flavonoids. Therefore,in the second phase of making the Caulis Spatholobi special biological organic fertilizer, with the adding of boron and rare earth nitrate can promote the accumulation of flavonoids in the growth process.?4?Through testing the organic matter content, moisture content and temperature change in the process of bio-organic fertilizer fermentation, this research explored the optimal fermentation process parameters:the initial of material C/N ratio is 27:1,the inoculums amounts of EM Fermentation are 1.25%,the initial moisture content is 55%?60%.?5?In the process of Bio-mixed organic fertilizer fermentation, the effective agents quantity?Azotobacter, phosphorus, potassium bacteria?were 1%and added vermiculite to it,which can guarantee the most effective number of living bacteria.?6?This research analyzed the change of the N,P,K content before and after the period of organic fertilizer fermentation and found that the content of N,P,K increased 18mg/kg,33mg/kg,25mg/kg than the ending period of fermentation. It shows that during the bio-mixed period, with adding the compound microbial agents?nitrogen fixation,phosphate-solubilizing,releasing bacteria?,it played a vital role in the period.?7?According to experiment, the ratio of many constituents of Caulis Spatholobi in organic fertilizer was confirmed.Stage 1:the ratio of organic fertilizer is from 35%to 55%,urea is from 15%to 20%,diammonium phosphate is from 10%to 25%,potassium nitrate is from 15%to 25%composite microbial inoculums?N-fixing,P-solubilizing,potassiumbacteria?are from 0.75%to 1%,sterilized vermiculites are from 3.25%to 5%.Stage 2:the organic fertilizer is from 50%to 60%,urea is from 10%to 15%,phosphoric acid diammonium is from 8%to 15%,sulfuric acid ammonium is from 10%to 15%,borax is from 0.5%to 1.2%,rare earth nitrate is from 0.3%to 0.5%composite microbial inoculums?nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium bacteria?are from 0.75%to 1%,sterilized vermiculites are from 3.25%to 5%.?8?The special Bio-mixed organic fertilizer of the Caulis Spatholobi was manufactured, tested the quality index and let it meeted the relevant national standards.
