| The carriage system of computerized flat knitting machine is one of the core part in the weaving production.Its main job is to design the track of needle and to control the delivery of yarn and to achieve the function of woven into the circle.The stability and reliability of control system concerns that whether the entire circle process can be successfully completed.The overall performance of control system directly affects weaving performance and fabric quality of knitting machine.In recent years,with the development of computerized flat knitting machine industry,the knitting efficiency of a single carriage system is too low to meet the demand for energy efficient.The double and triple carriage system has become a trend of computerized flat knitting machine industry.At present,according to number of circles,the carriage control system which do not have the scalability is always tailored.Therefore,the stability and reliability of carriage control system wouldn’t be guaranteed.In the paper,a carriage control system of computerized flat knitting machine is re-modular designed.From the control of knitting mechanism characteristics and demands,the circuit structure is also reasonably designed.Based on three pieces of circuit module board,the control system is built by the number of circles that to meet the demand of the single,dual knitting control system.What’s more,the system extensibility,stability and reliability are protected separately.The application for reconfigurable modular design of computerized knitting machine control system will promote development of single-system,double-system and multi-system of computerized flat knitting machine.And it will improve production efficiency of flat knitting machine in following years.This paper emphasis has three aspects to elaborate designing for reorganization modularization of the control system of the carriage of computerized flat knitting machine:First,a designing for carriage of automated flat knitting machine control system reconfigurable modular methods are researched;Second,designing of hardware of carriage of computerized flat knitting machine control system.Third,software developing of carriage of computerized flat knitting machine control system. |
