Abstract/Summary:
When the oilfield development enter the later period,the application of displacement fluid increase the dissolution to reservoir rock,such as polymer flooding and ternary compound flooding,etc.At the same time it increase the carrying-sand ability of high viscosity displacement fluid,which result in a lot of dissolution products get in to the oilfield surface with the produced liquid.the produced liquid of polymer flooding and ternary compound flooding posses the characteristics of lower flow and higher viscosity,the existing static wellhead hydrocyclone desander can not separate the produced liquid ideally,which cause the deposition and blocking of the transportation pipeline in the oilfield surface.The studies of compound wellhead hydrocyclone desander were carried out focused on the problems,enhanced the adaptability to the variation of viscosity and flow of the produced according to obtain strong spiral flow with the rotating blade.The new compound wellhead hydrocyclone desander was designed in combination with the structure of existing static hydrocyclone desander.The paper accomplished the establishment of numerical simulation model based on two-phase flow theory and turbulence simulation theory,the two-phase flow model applied euler-euler two-fluid flow model.RSM was been chosen as turbulence model and MRF model was used for moving area,finally implemented the simulation of three-dimensional flow field in the desander.The effect of rotating blade structure on flow field distribution and separating property of desander were analyzed,finaly defined the suitable structure parameter of compound wellhead hydrocyclone desander.According to the results of numerical simulation,wellhead hydrocyclone desander experimental facility for LDV measurement was built.Velocity measurement of desander one-phase flow field on different inlet flow and blade velocity was carried out.The measured results were compared with numerical simulation results,that verified the reasonability of calculation model and calculation method used for flow field,and proved that the established calculation model was practicable for the study of wellhead hydrocyclone desander flow field.The numerical simulation of hydrocyclone desander internal flow field on different inlet flow、produced viscosity、blade velocity,sand phase size were conducted according to the actual oil field production condition and different property of produced liquid.The influencing law of condition parameters and property on flow field distribution and separation properties were obtained,and the suitable working conditions and appropriate operating parameters of desnader were finally defined through the comparison and analysis of theseparation efficiency and pressure drop.
