Research On Theoretical Model Of China-Based National Park Functional Zoning

National park is the world’s main component of natural protected area.World’s theory and practice show that the national park is to coordinate the natural protection and resource utilization of typical work mode,because our country’s basic national conditions there exists a significant difference with most countries in the world,should not be copied foreign national park functional partition mode.In our country’s national park into the comprehensive background of the construction of the pilot,to explore suitable for the situation of China national park functional partition model is one of the theoretical problem to be solved.The key content of this paper has the following three aspects:(1)analysis of the basic function of national park and typical functional partition model;(2)the basic national conditions in our country the basic function of national park and binding analysis of functional partition;(3)to explore suitable for China’s basic national conditions of typical functional partition theory model national park.The basic function of the national park and the analysis of the typical functional partition,this article combed the IUCN concept and the basic function of the national park,North America,Europe,Asia,Africa,Australia and other representative countries and regions,national park basic functions and functional zoning pattern,summarizes the global representative national park functional partition model.Through the analysis,the basic function of national park and functional partition binding of basic national conditions in our country mainly include:(1)people much less;(2)natural resources development has a long history,human disturbance intensity;(3)national environmental consciousness is generally low,but to nature yearning appeal strongly;(4)parts of low level of social and economic development.On the control of basic national conditions,China’s national park due to four basic functions:(1)protection function;(2)open display function;(3)science,scientific research and education function;(4)social development(poverty)function;National park with IUCN and other typical countries compared to the basic function,strengthen the function of social development(poverty).Under the conditions of constraints,our country national park is divided into four basic functions: strictly protected,buffer,recreation environment,traditional area.Based on the basic function and the function zoning,using graphic language,reasoning,and describes the theory of China national park functional partition typical model,typical theoretical models by strictly protected areas(protection function,in the central circle area,the area accounted for about 50% less),buffer(isolation and buffer function,outer space continuous envelops,strict reserve area accounted for about 30% less),recreation exhibits(recreation show and popular science education function of scientific research,envelops,outside the area accounted for 10% or less),the traditional use area(social development(poverty),in the outer layers of space discontinuous chip area,area accounted for about 10%).Because our country national park,natural resources and social economy condition such as difference is bigger,based on the typical theory model and is suitable for China’s national park is deduced function theory of the other three kinds of space partition model: 1)national park functional partition eccentric theory model;(2)national park functional partition core type theory model;(3)national park functional partition distributed theory model.By Guangdong Nan ling national park(Nan ling national park in Guangdong as the second batch of pilot construction unit)the practice of test case,the proposed national park in our country the basic function and the theory of functional partition model is applicable significance.
