Study On The Extraction Of Peach Repellent Substances The Optimum Conditions For The Establishment And Repellent Effect

Long-term heavy use of chemical insect repellent produce environmental pollution problems and make the mosquito resistant problem,especially the harm to human body,make people start to look for pollution-free low-toxic mosquito products.In the "new materia medica" records,peach leaf can sweating divide phlegmy,kill mosquitoes.Also has the literature in recent years,extraction of peach leaf has smoked for mosquito killing effect.There is currently no products of peach leaf flooding kill mosquito.In order to make full use of abundant cheap peach leaf resources to develop pollution-free low toxicity kill mosquito products,we drive midge leaching of peach leaf extract optimum condition and kill mosquitoes effect were studied.Test out the extraction of peach leaf drive midge optimal condition,to determine the optimal harvest time peach leaf growth period,in order to drive midge of commercially available products for comparison,the peach leaf drive midge drive midge effect testing,the results are as follows:1.Through the orthogonal experiment established the peach leaf drive midge material optimum conditions of extraction are as follows: extraction temperature of 60 ℃,extracting time was 150 min,material ratio of 1:20,extraction times 3 times.2.To different growth of peach leaf samples harvested in comparison test results show that in August and October of peach leaf extract drive midge effect is best,but considering the nutrition accumulation and peach trees grow,established in October as a peach leaf harvested the most timely.3.By compared with several kinds of drive midge products sold on the market,drive midge effect of peach leaf is better and has developed market prospects for mosquito repellent product.
