It is the machinery manufacturing industry has so huge space to save energy in the aspect of heat treatment.In recent years,the development and widespread application of energy saving and reducing consumption of iron and steel materials and related technology has become an important initiative,thus promote the development of non-quenched and tempered steel.This paper selects the non-quenched and tempered steel TL1438 for the study,with emphasis on complete microstructure simulation system of the non-quenched and tempered steel TL1438 in forging process.By analyzing the experimental data to establish a high-temperature flow stress model of non-quenched and tempered steel TL1438 based on responses-recrystallization theory.The kinetics model and grain size model of dynamic recrystallization were established based on thermal simulation test data analysis and metallurgical test measurements.Carried by steel components with similar analogy to determine the kind of non-quenched and tempered steel static recrystallization,Asian dynamic recrystallization and grain growth model and the static recrystallization temperature range of T> 950?.Based on the microstructure module DEFORM poor operability,and difficult to achieve multi-process simulation drawbacks,the secondary development user subroutines module DEFORM microstructure of.This article defines the recrystallization percent since different stages of recrystallization,the recrystallization time and the average grain size and other new user variables,logical relations microstructure evolution and combing through the metal in the austenite phase multi-step heat molding,build a system of multi-process metal forming deformation process using heat-the temperature-microstructure evolution coupling analysis system,which can be of metal at different stages of recrystallization of austenite microstructure evolution during continuous forecasting,dynamic non-realization of the TL1438 Numerical simulation of the process on microstructure evolution of multi-physics quenched and tempered steel multi-step hot forming,hot forming process reveals the non-quenched and tempered steel TL1438 dynamic recrystallization,static recrystallization,Asian dynamic recrystallization and grain evolution particle size distribution of the non-quenched and tempered steel cylinder TL1438 hot upsetting simulated experimental data simulation and verification,found that the simulation results and experimental results agree well with the predicted thermal forming process in similar types of steel microstructure evolution simulations provide a scientific basis.
