At present,the comprehensive utilization technology of industrial solid waste is still limited to an extensive way,in which the process and the equipment are relatively outdated,with large energy consumption.Compared with other countries,the rate of recycling and utilization of industrial solid waste in China is 10?20%lower than the world average level,where there is much room for improvement.Therefore,the research about energy-efficient grinding disposal technology and equipment has been the focus for researchers these years,both in China and abroad.Only by addressing key common technical problems of industrial solid waste products with high added value and its preparation process,system configuration,as well as high productivity,low energy consumption of mutual restraint,can we achieve the ultimate goal of the harmlessness,reduction and recycling of industrial solid waste.In this paper,aiming at the weakness in the design,process and equipment of industrial solid waste recycling technology and some technical bottlenecks,such as the unstable product quality,the low increasing amplitude and the large investment costs on disposal.by researching the physical and chemistry features,power crushing,grinding work and the grinding surface work of the industrial solid waste,we use a crushing machine which can decrease the surface energy of recycled materials,achieving a reasonable proportion among the mechanical energy,material particle size distribution and the morphology,the particle surface decrease progressively through the secondary crushing and grinding work function,and finally the potentially activation energy be inspired to obtain a high specific surface,highly active solid waste powder,forming an environment-friendly process of industrial solid waste.then through detailed model selection,calculation and optimization design,it has formed a complete theoretical system and construction drawings to direct local construction and production.The grinding process actually makes practical sense to the transformation of building materials industry,the achievement of energy conservation,the recycling of industrial solid waste and the increase of economic benefits,providing theoretical guidance and technical support for the popularization of the recycling technology of industrial solid waste.
