| China’s energy structure determines the energy of coal based,with the vigorous development of industrialization,and exploitation of coal resources is not uncommon.But environmental problems with coal mining,coal mining subsidence area caused by more and more,and directly affect the level of collapse area surrounding residents and mining subsidence area of economic development,which makes it the ecological environment of coal mining subsidence area even more seriously.This study was based on the theory of the ecological management for the realization of coal mining subsidence area of ecologically sustainable development,and domestic and international environmental carrying capacity evaluation methods and common strategies of ecological management literature and reading to learn at home and abroad commonly used environmental carrying capacity evaluation methods and strategies of ecological management.While some of the common strategies of ecological management of domestic and foreign literature reading analysis.Through case studies,the establishment of index system for bearing capacity of coal mining subsidence areas,determining the carrying capacity of the natural environment,and social environment carrying capacity,and the economic environment carrying capacity of the three main components.Principal component analysis,from 2003 to 2014 development environment carrying capacity and environmental carrying capacity volatility in Xuzhou coal mining subsidence area passes through research and analysis to identify the main component analysis of its key factors,in order to take ecological management measures,and preliminary get some knowledge and conclusions:Based on the ecological theory,with principal component analysis,environmental carrying capacity Jiawang Xuzhou coal mining subsidence area from 2003 to 2014 were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that the main component 1 of a per capita GDP;secondary industry,tertiary industry correlation coefficient is high;The main component 2 of annual average concentration of SO2,road traffic noise correlation coefficient was high;The main component 3 of ingredient in NO2,the average annual concentration of regional environmental noise correlation coefficient was high;The main component 4,the Engel coefficient of rural households are highly correlated;The main component 5,the total population of the correlation coefficient is high.The five main components contain most of the information of the original data,and it may represent raw data for analysis indicators.After a comprehensive analysis,it showed that passes through the environmental carrying capacity of Xuzhou coal mining subsidence area diminishing by the economic environment carrying capacity,carrying capacity of the natural environment,social environment carrying capacity of interaction.Sampling again the principal component analysis,from 2003 to 2014 in Xuzhou coal mining subsidence area Jiawang environmental carrying capacity volatility analysis and evaluation,and analysis showed that Xuzhou coal mining subsidence area Jiawang environmental carrying capacity overall size fluctuation upward trend from 2006 to 2007 volatility large,and in 2007 and 2008 volatility declined,and mainly passes through the subsidence area in 2008 began to collapse for some areas of ecological management to the carrying capacity of the environment to maintain a slow growth rate in the years 2011 to 2013 almost no fluctuation amplitude,and mainly passes through the collapse of the regional ecological wetland management has been effective,and the carrying capacity of the environment passes through the mining subsidence area has a positive effect.Combined carrying capacity situation raising mine subsidence areas of Xuzhou,its ecological management,to achieve ecologically sustainable development,while the development of eco-tourism industry,promoting common development of other industries,which can achieve mutual benefit and win-win ecology,economy and society,but also for study the ecological environment of coal mining subsidence area plays a certain reference. |
