| "Conversion from coal to gas"is an important measure to solve the city of SO2,NOX and PM2.5.5 pollution.National"key regional atmospheric pollution prevention the Twelfth Five-year Planning"requirements to plan at the end,the number of Beijing Tianjin Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta regional gas boilers to reach 40000 to 50000.In developed countries,the vast majority of gas-fired boiler can use of condensing boiler,obvious energy saving effect of the latent heat of vaporization of water vapor.In our country the use of condensing boiler has just started,the thermal testing regulations,standards and evaluation on the basis of the current lack of condensing boiler.In the condensation heat transfer process,the relative humidity of flue gas increase quickly,the formation of gas-liquid two-phase fluid droplets carrying.Because of the temperature gradient in the liquid film condensation heat transfer surface water and two cooling effect,so the temperature of liquid droplets in flue gas is often lower than the saturation temperature.Conventional contact temperature measurement device once and condensate drop after the contact,feedback is the condensate temperature,so that the obtained temperature will make the characterization of flue gas temperature was low.In order to accurately measure the temperature and humidity of liquid drops carried high moisture flue gas,this thesis proposes a new testing device,in the direct cryogenic experimental system is built in the study of the device availability.Firstly,the design and construction of direct cryogenic spray type heat exchanger system,can be produced to meet the testing needs of high moisture flue gas carrying liquid drops.Secondly,the authors proposed and developed under the condition of gas-liquid two-phase flow temperature,humidity testing equipment,to study the impact of important parameters,use of the equipment includes:pumping flow,heat tracing strength etc..Then,the application of the testing device to test the temperature,humidity distribution directly cryogenic spray type heat exchanger system under different heat transfer conditions.Finally,according to the ASME PTC 4-2008 evaluation method,the related parameters and the influence factors of uncertainty analysis.Through this study,the final form of the use of the method presented in this paper the key test equipment.The conclusion of the research for the thermal test condensing boiler provides important theory and method guidance. |
