The Application Of Iron Mould Coated Sand Casting In Pump And Valve

Pump and valve are basic and general components,closely related to development of petroleum,chemical,electric power,national defense construction and many other fields,whose high technical content,strict quality requirements,especially in high level and high quality pump valve.In this paper,pump and valve castings are produced by iron mould coated sand,molding process of these castings were deeply researched in different types of structures,materials;toolings of automatic production line were developped,the multi-species molding production line model under complex conditions is studied,a pump and valve castings automatic flexible production line including a set of light,machine,electricity,gas was established,improve the quality of the pump and valve casting and production level,along with significant energy saving material advantages.The MAGMASOFT software was applied to simulate the temperature field of mold filling,solidification,the results can directly show the mold filling process,solidification temperature field,casting defects,providing scientific basis for the optimization of casting process.The research on production line of pump and valve with iron mould coated sand and its automatic control system was introduced,focusing on the characteristics of the production line,its technical parameters and basic requirements,production line process,main equipment and layout,finally the research on free signal accurately conveying technology of the iron type was introduced.The iron mould coated sand production line automatic control system based on PROFIBUS fieldbus technology was designed,which was the new network model of control system with the whole map server;the main points were the design of the overall design framework,system monitor system,security detection system.With iron mould coated sand,it can not only improve quality of castings and production efficiency,but also reduce production costs,achieve energy saving and emission reduction;the automatic production line of iron mould coated sand can reduce the labor intensity,realize mechanization production,whose application prospect will be good,economic benefits are remarkable.playing an important role in promoting the development of the foundry industry.
