Abstract/Summary:
1 IntroductionThe application of Resonance Rayleigh scattering(RRS)and hydride generation(HG)in the field of analysis were summarized,and the analytical progress of selenium,antimony and tin were reviewed.2 NaH2PO2 Restore-RRS Spectra Determination of SeIn the HCl medium of 0.90mol/L,Se(Ⅳ)is reduced by NaH2PO2 and generate nanometer selenium,and there is a resonance scattering peak at 588nm.Under selected conditions,with the increase of concentration of Se(Ⅳ),generated by the nanometer selenium increased,588 nm of resonance scattering peak linear increase,concentration of Se(Ⅳ)within the scope of 0.1-1.5mg/L with ΔIs88nm had good linear relationship.The linear regression equation for△I588nm=489.9C+9.0,the detection limit of 12.00μg/L.3 Determination of Sb(Ⅲ)by Hydride Nano Reaction-RRSBy comparing the HAuC14,AuNP-HAuCl4,I3--GO and I3--RAgNP-VBB four absorption system,found the I3--GO system resonance Rayleigh scattering detection of Sb(Ⅲ)with good linearity,high sensitivity.Under the condition of 90 mmol/L sulfuric acid,Sb(Ⅲ)is reduced to SbH3 by NaBH4.Using I3--GO as absorbing liquid,I3-and GO can occur resonance energy transfer,which weaken the resonance Rayleigh scattering light intensity.With Sb(Ⅲ)concentration increases,the more and more I3-is reduced to I-by SbH3,make the system resonance Rayleigh scattering light intensity increased.Under the selected conditions,the increased value of the resonance Rayleigh scattering intensity(ΔI)at 322 nm is linear to Sb(Ⅲ)concentration in the range of 4.2-376.6 μg/L.The linear regression equation is ΔI322nm=2.66C+20.30,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9986.The determination of Sb(Ⅲ)in water with this method,the result is satisfactory.4 Determination of Sn(Ⅱ)by Hydride Nano Reaction-RRSUnder the condition of 90 mmol/L sulfuric acid,Sn(Ⅱ)is reduced to SbH3 by NaBH4.Using I3--GO as absorbing liquid,I3" and GO can occur resonance energy transfer,which weaken the resonance Rayleigh scattering light intensity.I3-is reduced to I-by SbH3,which enhance the resonance Rayleigh scattering light intensity.And at 322 nm has a resonance Rayleigh scattering peak,whose relative intensity(ΔI322nm)is linear to Sb(Ⅲ)concentration in the range of 0.05-3.5 mg/L.The linear regression equation is ΔI322nm=116.03C+21.73,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9925.Using AgNO3 as absorbing liquid,Ag+is reduced to Ag by SbH3,and gather generating nano silver(AgNP).Along with the increase of the content of Sn(Ⅱ),the populations or particle size of AgNP increases,which enhance the resonance Rayleigh scattering light intensity.And at 374 nm has a resonance Rayleigh scattering peak,whose relative intensity(ΔI374nm)is linear to Sb(Ⅲ)concentration in the range of 0.05-3.0 mg/L.The linear regression equation is ΔI374nm=545.33C+48.765,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9957.
