| Superhydrophobic materials have long been concerned because of its many specific functions,such as self-cleaning,anti-freezing,etc.,Super hydrophobic materials currently on the market,however,because of the lack of some practical application of functional requirements,such as low transparency,low wear resistance and so on,thereby are limited to the application range of superhydrophobic materials and its promotion.This topic based on the basis of the theory of super hydrophobic,is about the preparation of the multi-functional superhydrophobic materials by using different experimental methods,making prepared superhydrophobic materials have a variety of functions,enlarging the using range of the superhydrophobic material.This research content mainly is ascribed as follows:1.A superhydrophobic coating with high transparency by one-step method was prepared in this paper,namely TEOS(tetraethyl orthosilicate)and HDFTES(17-fluorodecyl trimethoxysilane)under alkaline conditions were hydrolyzed to fluorinated silicon dioxide nanoparticles.Through deionized water content,ammonia content,TEOS and HDFTES were respectively researched to see the influence of the prepared superhydrophobic coating performance,which finally got the uniform particle between5060 nm,and the transmitance of the obtained fluorinated silicon dioxide nanoparticles is up to 90%in the visible light range.2.A high transparent and wear-resisting hydrophobic coating by the co-hydrolysis of TEOS and HDTMS(hexadecyltrimethoxysilane)in neutral condition was prepared in this paper.Then deionized water content,TEOS and HDTMS were researched respectively to see the effect on the hydrophobic properties of the coating.A wear-resistant coating with high transparency was finally prepared.3.Anatase TiO2(titanium dioxide)nanoparticles were as core with fluorinated silica nanoparticles as shell.A raspberry SiO2-F@TiO2 nanoparticle was prepared in this paper,the suspension of particles could be sprayed to any substrate,and all kinds of liquid,such as water,oil and glycol show strong rejection.We got the mechanical performance of the coating tested,and the coating showed good resistance to abrasion and impact resistance.In addition,the effect of coating for the degradation of formaldehyde under UV light and the relationship between the hydrophobic oil capacity and photocatalytic capacity was also discussed in the paper. |
