Experimental Study On Preparation And Painting Enamels Of Unleaded Enamels

The conclusion that the traditional enamel glaze will be added as a solvent in the process of making metal lead,and that people have irreversible chronic hazards to the human body during long-term exposure or wearing enamel jewelry,has not been widely recognized.And the application of the traditional technique of enamel painting in the field of jewelry design is rare.Based on exploring the historical origin and technological characteristics of enamels,this paper makes non-toxic and unleaded enamels based on materials analysis combined with experimental records,and uses them as the basis for the development of enamels for modern jewelry design.In view of the fact that the current jewelry market painting enamel jewelry works are not popular,and the defects of the traditional enamel glaze itself,the use of lead-free enamel enamel in modern jewelry design can not only increase its process value.Reducing the damage caused by enamel jewelry to the wearer's own health can enrich the consumer's choice in the fashion jewelry category and enhance the market competitiveness of Chinese jewelry.
