Study On The Structure Of Horse-Hoof-Shaped Cuffs In Qing Dynasty And The Innovation And Application In Women's Wear

Chinese traditional garments are always unpretentious,elegant and decent.In today's reformation of fashion,as a native designer,we need to bring forth the new though old to unfold our unique charm before the world.The ever-changing sleeves as part of the clothing structure not only reflect the beauty of the form of clothing,but also can be applied to the functional study of clothing,so our traditional culture can be inherited by this way.Qing as the last dynasty of feudal dynasties,the flag of great national character was continuously improved and extended by the Republic of China and the modern times and became the representative clothing of our country.Besides,Qing Dynasty sleeves have many changes in structures,the horse-hoof-cuff rolled aesthetics and function into one.Furthermore,the change of sleeve types is often determined by the style of clothing,but also by the social background and people's cultural ideas.In this paper,through the research on the most unique horse-hoof-cuff in Qing Dynasty,it is improved and innovated,and the traditional sleeve-type elements are applied to modern women's wear.
