Based on the excellent the ability of conjugated polymer to capture light and optical signal amplification which aroused research workers'wide attention in the field of biological medicine, biological chemical sensing, cell imaging and other organic electronic devices. It has become hot topics in the study of biological, physical and chemical. This article is about the fluorescent conjugated polymer in the field of drug screening and environmental application has carried on the preliminary research monitoring and protection. Finally, the main research content is as follows:1.We presented a new rapid, simple and high-throughput method for PACT photosensitizer antimicrobial based on one cationic polythiophene?PMNT?on the new method of photodynamic antimicrobial chemotherapy sensitizer high-throughput screening of antimicrobial activity screening. The cationic polymer PMNT covered on the surface of E.coli by hydrophobic interactions and electrostatic interactions, resulting in quenching of fluorescence intensity. Then using the fluorescence quenching efficiency of PMNT quantitative relation with the amount of E.coli to detect the antibacterial ability of commercial photosensitizer, and high-throughput screening. This method can not only undertake photosensitizer antimicrobial activity of high-throughput screening, also found in the new type of photosensitizer materials have an important guiding significance.2.In view of the present in the air PM2.5 particles containing heavy metal ions, bacteria, viruses and other harmful substances,we prepared a kind of antibacterial type can be combined with PM2.5 polymer materials and overcome some technical difficulties. It makes the greatly improve the efficiency of adsorption PM2.5 realized during the process of cleaning the air at the same time killing harmful bacteria. For the application of conjugated polymers in environmental detection provides a new train of thought.
