In recent years,the development of the export of bentonite products in China is stable and has increasing trend.Bentonite has good physical and chemical properties and has a high application value and can be used in a wide range of fields.Although China has the largest reserves in the world,the exploitation and utilization efficiency is low.In addition,many enterprises engaged in bentonite products trade in China are mostly small and medium-sized ones.Due to the funding,scale,concept and other issues,the export of bentonite products are mostly low-valued ones with low export prices and low profit margins.Tianjin YJ mineral products Co.,Ltd.is one of these enterprises,and its current products are mainly bentonite processed products.In recent years,due to the slowdown in global economic growth and grim global trade situation,the company's exports has shown a declining trend.So the paper aims to analyze the existing problems of Tianjin YJ mineral products company,and put forward the solutions to provide reference for small and medium-sized mineral products enterprises to develop right international marketing strategies.The paper,based on the theory of modern international marketing management,firstly analyzes the international marketing condition of Tianjin YJ mineral products company and then find out the problems of its international marketing strategy.The company's existing problems are that there is no market segmentation and the quality of products need to be improved as well as the products are relatively single and have no its own brand.Besides,products are priced without considering market segmentation.Also,the sales channels are too long and promotion strength should be increased.What's more,company pays little attention to participating in trade fairs.According to the existing problems,the paper put forward the promoting marketing strategy combination,such as market segmentation,product segmentation,product added value,market segmentation pricing,valuing network channel and improving promotion strategy and so on.The paper has put forward the feasible international marketing strategy for Tianjin YJ mineral products company so as to pave the way for other similar enterprises to set their own strategy in the new environment and provide references for domestic small and medium-sized mineral enterprises.
