Fe78Si9B13 amorphous strip as a new energy materials has been widely used in the various industry,with the large-scale production of amorphous strip,which brought the waste of strip,as an important constraint on the cost of strip.Therefore,it has great practical significance to study the development and reuse of waste Fe78Si9B13 amorphous strip.In this paper,Fe78Si9B13 amorphous strip was used as raw material.The amorphous powder prepared by ball mill method,and the Fe78Si9B13 amorphous nanocrystalline coating prepared by plasma spraying.Then,Ni was added into the amorphous powder by the micro-alloy to obtain the wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant composite coating.The phase composition,microstructure and morphology of the prepared coatings were characterized by XRD and SEM.In addition,the mechanical properties such as bonding strength,microhardness and friction and wear properties of the coating were by universal hydraulic press,vickers hardness tester and pin-disc friction and wear tester.The corrosion resistance of the coating was measured by electrochemical workstation.The contents and results of the study are as follows:Adding the annealing process before the ball milling process to control annealing temperature and time can improve the efficiency of milling and avoid the crystallization of the ball mill powder.The particle size range of the spray is obtained by controlling the milling time and the ball mill atmosphere.Amorphous nanocrystalline coating prepared by plasma spraying has excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.As the spraying power increases,the amorphous content of the coating and the porosity decreases,at the same time,the grain increases.When increase the spraying power,the bonding strength of the coating increased.the hardness,the abrasion resistance and the corrosion resistance in the 3.5%NaCl solution increased first and then decreased.Therefore,the optimum spraying power for the preparation of Fe78Si9B13 amorphous nanocrystalline coating is 30 kW.Ni powder is mixed with the ball powder.The Ni distribution in the coating after spraying is more uniform.With the increase of Ni content,the amorphous content of the coating,the microhardness and the wear resistance decreases,at the same time the densities and the corrosion resistance increases.By adding the Ni,the mechanical properties of the coating decreased gradually,and the corrosion resistance increased gradually.Therefore,coating prepared by(Fe78Si9B13)Ni5 composite powder has the best performance.
