Macrocyclic compound body is an important basis for building supramolecular chemistry.Host-guest system of macrocyclic host compounds is also an important part in the field of supramolecular chemistry.Every new macrocyclic host occurs,will bring a new host-guest recognition system.This greatly enriched the content of supramolecular chemistry and promoted the development of supramolecular chemistry.The main contents of this thesis is the designation and synthesis of a novel macrocyclic host and study host-guest binding and wrapping properties.In the first part,we studied the bonding capacity between the neutral guests and TA4.We discovered that a set of neutral guests have a small binding force with TA4,binding constant only can be 1 mol-1 to 30 mol-1;while the binding force between cation guests and TA4 were far more greater than the neutral guest molecules,the value of binding constants exceeded 102 mol-1 and even were close to 104 mol-1.Pointed out that the main bonding force of macrocycle with neutral guest are C-H--?and?--?stacking,while cation is cation--?.In addition,whether the host with guest is able to successfully bonding or not and bonding capacity are affected by the size of the cavity of host and the dimensions of the space guest.In the second part,we redesigned a new macrocyclc based on the naphthalene ring which bridged by ester group.Unfortunately the condition of final step of cyclization did not explore it.In the third part,we selected a calixarene macrocycle to test host-guest property which had been discovered.This macrocycle can self-assemble supramolecular capsule containing a imperfect wall by hydrogen bond?N-H...O?.The capsule has two isomers and each isomer is chiral.In this chapter we researched and analysised the recognitional properties between the capsule and two guests with T-type structure;Moreover,we find this macrocycle can assemble hybrid capsules with other molecular based on line-type alkanes template and alkanes with specific length can act as templates of corresponding form hybrid capsule.
