| NP508 is the nucleating agent for polypropylene,whose chemical name is sodium 2,2’-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate,foreign trade name is NA-11.In this thesis,the nucleating agent NP508 was prepared from 2,2’-methylenebis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phenol and phosphoryl chloride as raw materials,by esterification,hydrolysis and neutralization reactions,and the synthetic process of NP508 was optimized.In esterification reaction,the effects of types,dosage,adding mode of the acid binding agents,the dropping temperature,reaction temperature and reaction time of phosphoryl chloride were studied when acetonitrile as solvent,on optimum condition,the yield of 2,2’-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphoric chloride was 90.7% in purity of 99.5%.The yield of 2,2’-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate prepared from this product was 90.5% in purity of 99.0%.The yield of 2,2’-methylenebis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate base on 2,2’-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)-phenol was 82.1%;The effects of types,dosage,adding mode of the acid binding agent,the dosage of the water in hydrolysis reaction of 2,2’-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate were studied when toluene as solvent,on optimum condition,the yield of 2,2’-methylene-bis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate was 89.9% in purity of 99.4%.In neutralization reaction,the effects of the dosage of sodium hydroxide and water were studied,in optimum condition,the yield of sodium 2,2’-methylenebis(4,6-di-tert-butylphenyl)phosphate was 92.9% in purity of 99.3%,chroma reached the superior standard.In this thesis,the recovery methods of solvent and acid binding agent were studied.This recovery method effectively reduced the production cost and the amount of waste liquors.In this thesis,the industrial production process was studied based on the optimum process of laboratory process and satisfied results were gained by adjusting the operating methods. |
