Investment Decision Analysis Of MSW Pretreatment Project In Material Company

In China,with the development of economy and the rapid development of urbanization,the production of domestic waste,the quantity of clean transportation and the amount of harmless disposal are all increasing.However,the traditional waste disposal mode is not only full of hidden dangers,but also makes many recycling resources have not been properly recycled,and become the consumption terminal.This article mainly carries on the empirical analysis focusing on the "3R Principle" of circular economy,that is,reduction,innocuity and resourcfulization.Taking the material recycling company in HD Area City B as an example to carry out the Investment Decision Analysis of a specific MSW Pretreatment Project.Base on this,to judge and justify the rationality of investing the project,to analyze and forecast the investment prospects of the project.Therefore,the necessity,economy and maneuverability of recycling and reusing the renewable resources in domestic waste in China are discussed.On the basis of expounding the basic theory and related research both at home and abroad,this paper first analyzes the investment needs of the proposed project,introduces the present situation and development trend of domestic garbage and recycling resources treatment in China and the region where this project will be set up.Analyzes the policy environment and market environment of the industry in which the project is to be built,briefly describes the general situation of the investment company,and puts forward the necessity of constructing this project.Then concretely carries out technical and economic analysis from the aspects of technology,economy and ecological environment of the project,demonstrates its technical advancement,economic rationality,as well as the protectiveness of the ecological environment.Finally,establishes the comprehensive evaluation model,constructs the evaluation index system,uses AHP method and fuzzy evaluation method to make empirical analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the project,then puts forward suggestions and conclusions.Through the investment decision analysis of the proposed project,the author,on one hand,hopes to play a guiding role in the investment decision of the material company for this project;on the other hand,also hopes to play a positive role in furtherpromoting the development of Renewable Resources Recycling Industry.
