Study On Environmental Pollution And Control Of China Electric Power Industry

This paper analyzes the government sewage charges and pollution control investment of pollution emissions.The paper establish the multiple linear regression model to make empirical analysis on the relationship between pollution charge and control investment of electric power industry,using the EVIEWS software.Through the empirical analysis of the test results,it can put forward relevant policy suggestions for the government environment supervision.This paper consists of seven parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background,significance and literature review of this study.The second part is a review of the relevant theories,which mainly review the market failure theory,resource scarcity theory,environmental Kuznets curve theory and so on.The third part is the analysis of China's power industry pollution emissions and environmental pollution control.The fourth part is about the analysis of the mechanism of environmental pollution emission of the electric power industry,such as the collection of sewage charges,the investment of industrial pollution control and so on.The fifth part is the model construction and data analysis,which are the core content of this study,including descriptive analysis and correlation analysis of the research variables,regression analysis and so on.The sixth part is the relevant policy recommendations to improve China's environmental governance policy.The seventh part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.The results show that: First,the sewage charges levied on sulfur dioxide emissions from electric power enterprises did not play the effect of pollution reduction,so it should be appropriate to improve sewage collection standards,increase sewage charges induced,guide enterprises to consciously pollution reduction.Second,the electric power industry of industrial pollution control investment can reduce sulfur dioxide emissions,pollution emissions and economic development level exist environmental Kuznets curve,namely the inverted U curve exists;the proportion of the second industry increases,the greater the degree of industry,environmental pollution is more serious;the electric power industry investment in fixed assets can increase the positive effect on emissions industrial pollution in power,reduce the power industry emissions of sulfur dioxide.The innovation points of this paper are as follows: First,from the perspective of profit maximization,the pollution reduction effect of sewage charges is analyzed.Analysis of sewage charges levied on enterprises to bring about the impact of the collection of sewage charges,so that enterprises have a kind of payment,the purchase of emission rights psychological,then pollution abatement becomes a matter of course.Not necessarily,such as theoretical analysis,the collection of sewage charges can stimulate technological innovation of enterprises,thus achieving the effect of pollution reduction.Second,constructing the multiple linear regression model of environmental pollution control in power industry.Third,strengthen the inductive mechanism of sewage charges,emphasizing the main responsibility of enterprises.This article emphasizes that the government is only a policy oriented for the pollution reduction,and if we want to achieve real pollution reduction,the main is enterprise.The government as a guide and regulators causes enterprises to pay attention to the issues related to the environment through certain governance policy.The improvement is still need self-discipline of enterprises.Enterprises should consciously improve consciously coordinated development of enterprises and environmental protection.
