The Fast Solving Model Of Three-Dimensional Rod And It's Application

This article has established the three-dimensional fast solving model on the basis of predecessors' research.Using the principle of mechanics of materials,this article has deduced deviated mechanical model about well with sucker rod pump;this article also has deduced mechanical model between liquid and rod;according to the situation of rod string fatigue fracture,this article has deduced the life prediction model for sucker rod pump.Synthetically the front three models,this article deduced the fast solving model of force analysis of deviated well sucker rod pump and life prediction.Different with previous studies,this article focus on equilibrium between the accuracy and speed of solving.Simplify the model is easy to solve but not real;considering all factors makes complexity.So in the model of rod string,using the equivalent relationship to simplify pivot position and force analysis;In the fluid model,the law of pole speed is simplified.In order to improve the solving speed,using parallel computing technology to speed up the solution process.After Compiling software,the speed of solving get faster.According to the software results,we get the position,velocity,acceleration,force and abrasion of sucker rod in different time.Analysis found that the vertical well and deviated well indicator diagrams have big difference that the displacement between polished rod and pump in deviated well is bigger than that in vertical well.The number of centralizer and location make a big difference on the energy consumption and well life,if number of centralizer is small,the rod tends to wear break off;if the number is larger may cause more energy consumption and abrasion on oil tube.According to the model,the article has optimized the quantity and locations about centralizer.
