Because of a growing number of complex stratigraphic Wells, such as deep Wells, large incline, and shale gas Wells, the use of oil-base drilling fluid, which has a strong, dense range, high mechanical drilling speed, high temperature and high performance stability, and small oil reservoir damage,is more and more. However, the conventional diesel base drilling fluid system has a higher viscosity, less shear force, poor performance of suspension drilling and other solid phases, and also more pollution of the environment.Developed in this paper, with shell oil 185V as the base of environmental protection system of gas oil base drilling fluid system both retained the conventional oil-based drilling fluid resistance to high temperature, strong ability to resist pollution, and overcome the big shortcoming of the polluting to environment and low shear. In order to solve the problem of high viscosity and low shear force in oil drilling fluid, this paper mainly research and development a kind of auxiliary emulsifier with good emulsifying effect and develops a kind of high-efficiency Organic bentonite. And then through the selection of treatment agents such as loss of filtration, formed a set of density of 2.6g/cm3,anti-temperature up to 220? gas-based synthetic drilling fluid system.Indoor evaluation results show that the drilling fluid system of oil-water ratio range is wide, resistant to salt water intrusion 10%and 5%of drilling cuttings and CaSO4pollution,under 180?hot rolled 168h still can maintain good performance. The drilling fluid system will hopefully replace conventional diesel and white oil drilling fluid, which will play an important role in reducing environmental pollution.
