Massive leakage is a very difficult problem at home and abroad when drilling.At present,it mainly relies on the effect of accumulation plugging,and does not count the cost and times.Commonly used plugging slurry and plugging technology is difficult to ensure the success rate of blocking leakage and scientific nature,resulting in a sharp increase in drilling costs.It has a very bad impact in the development of the oil industry.On the basis of literature research,this paper analyzes the characteristics of plugging massive leakage and the characteristics of its plugging material.Developed a water-absorbent resin plugging agent,and optimized the synthesis process.On the basis of this,sodium p-styrene sulfonate(SSS)and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)was used to modify its resistance to temperature and obtain an anti-high temperature water-absorbent resin plugging agent.The two kinds of anti-high temperature water-absorbent resin plugging agents were characterized and evaluated by scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis and other experiments.The results show that the two anti-high temperature water-absorbent resin plugging agent has good resistance to temperature and strength.On the basis of the screening and evaluation of different treatment agents,the anti-high temperature and high strength plugging gel was developed,and the gel plugging system which is suitable for massive leakage was constructed.Through the indoor evaluation,high temperature and high strength gel system has good salt resistance and anti-dilution ability;the apparent viscosity is 50 mPa ยท s after stirring;the gel can seal 28 MPa pressure after gelation,and can be effective for a long time sealing.The research results of this paper provide a feasible scheme for the field to block the massive loss. |
