| Horizontal well volume fracturing stimulation technology is the key technology to improve unconventional reservoir production.The surface pressure data is the most direct and effective data for the development of underground fractures,but by the pipeline friction and other effects significantly,can not accurately reflect the bottomhole pressure.In this paper,we base on the project "Jilin oil field tight oil and gas efficient stimulation technology research",to carry out the horizontal well volume fracturing net pressure calculation and analysis.First,we select the friction pressure calculation mode for fracturing fluid and slurry in different well types,the way to get colure pressure,near well friction pressure calculation mode,and set up bottomhole pressure calculation mode based on surface treasure pressure.The hydraulic pressure calculation model takes into account the density and viscosity of the HTHP slick water.The friction pressure calculation model takes into account the slick-water-resistance drop ratio,sand plug type and mixed fracturing fluid system.Second,combined with the summary of indoor hydraulic fracturing experiment and the site treasure pressure curve,we have established the horizontal well volume fracturing net pressure diagnosis plate initially.Also we propose the sand ratio sensitivity coefficient to diagnose the complex conditions underground.Finally,it is applied to the actual construction explanation,the theoretical interpretation results are in good agreement with the actual results.The whole research has important reference value for real-time diagnosis of fracture propagation dynamically,safe construction and timely adjustment of construction scheme. |
