| Refined oil pipe,natural gas pipe and crude oil pipe are collinear in Lancang River,where include a suspension bridge and two tunnels.Geological disasters happened frequently because of the dangerous terrain;It is very serious when the pipelines are destroyed due to the important geographical location;There are many complex conditions owing to diverse ways of laying.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the pipelines in Lancang River.Through the field investigation,the pipelines are divided into three sections according to the conditions: the cross section,the tunnel section and the slope section.And analyze the three conditions: wind,collapse and rockfall.Through the access to regulations and related information,the proposal of combining theoretical calculations with finite element calculations is determined.(1)According to the corresponding laws and regulations,calculate the static load of wind.Model the suspension bridge by Ansys software to obtain the displacement of the pipeline.Model the pipeline by Abaqus software to acquire the corresponding of pipeline.(2)The collapse load is obtained by theoretical calculation;Model the pipeline by Abaqus software to acquire the response of stress and strain under collapse.(3)First,use the Hertz theory to estimate approximatly the damage degree of the pipeline under the rockfall.Then,model the pipeline by Abaqus software to acquire the response of stress and strain under rockfall. |
